The bathroom whilst clean is old. Climbing into the high bathtub for the shower can be hazardous, particularly for elder guests. The bathtubs ought to be removed and a shower stall put in

Very friendly, kind and efficient staff. The hotel is situated a 15 minute walk from the old city center but there is a bus stop (Hopital Geneve) just outside its entrance with a direct line (Bus number 5) to the Airport. The breakfast is good but not great - you can find everything but in a small variety.

Very clean & spacious rooms, a balcony was a nice bonus and enjoyed having a fridge in the room especially as we like to make a cup of tea in the morning.

Car parking was expensive but it was in a very secure garage. If I had realised that the hotel was across the road from a major hospital, thus sirens all night which is beyond the hotel's ability to control, I may have chosen to stay elsewhere.

Large room. Exquisite decor. Really comfortable. Pretty quiet/ not a lot of street noise. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. I wish I had gotten the monsieur’s name who helped us so much, but he was a gem and so gracious.

The AC unit makes a fair amount of noise but otherwise it was fine

The hotel is in need of renewal: especially the bathroom, which is very small and has fittings which date to the 1970s. Our room (27) was on a busy street.Too much noise. A balcony is offered but one would not consider using it. The price of euro 300 plus a 35 ChF surcharge for parking is 40% too expensive, even in Switzerland!

The property was very lovely and clean . The staff were very welcoming and hospitable . The room was a good size and furnished to a high standard . The bed was comfy and the bedding and bathroom towels were lovely . We were very impressed and would definitely stay here again.

It would have been nice to have complementary water in the room each day . The selection of hot drinks for the room could do with an upgrade along with some long life milk, as not a fan of black tea or coffee.

I would not say I did not like it, but the rooms are very 80s, which has its charm. But honestly, it was an amazing room. Very comfortable and an amazing sleep/

Incredible hotel, better than the 5 star! The infrastructure is old, but the room is very big, I never see a minibar like that, even with olives, any type of small liquor, nuts, etc. The hairdryer like Dyson, very good quality of soap, conditioner, etc.
