Our junior suite for 3 adults comprised a spacious bedroom and separate sitting room. Both bed and sofabed were comfortable with extra pillows available in closets in the room.The suite was newly carpeted and the bathroom had a new double basin and flooring. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful, including providing an early check-in when we asked to drop off our luggage at lunchtime. The buffet breakfast was of good quality and varied, the coffee was excellent and the dining area pleasant with comfortable seating and nice touches like linen napkins.

Although hard-working and busy, the breakfast staff were not well-organised. The lack of staff checks for food items running low led to unnecessary waits or doing without specific items on 3 of 4 mornings. Guests had to advise when dishes were empty or milk run out and there were long waits for replenishment of hot items once requested. Fortunately, this is something better supervision and planning can easily remedy. The lack of any drinking water in rooms or of a water dispenser/cooler in a communal guest area as an alternative prevents the hotel achieving excellence in my view.

The hotel is well located, being quite close to the lake, with plenty of bars, restaurants and so forth nearby. As the name suggests, it has something of an Art Nouveau ambience, which we appreciated. The room was a good size and very comfortable, with a particularly well-appointed bathroom. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and provided with proper (not chunks of foam) pillows.

The breakfast was a little disappointing, not least because on two out of three mornings the service was poor, with little communication from the staff on duty and food and drink items not replenished as they ran out, however, on the third morning everything was it should be. The selection of food items was somewhat limited, especially with regard to hot ones - only sausages and scrambled eggs - and, surprisingly in a Swiss hotel, no muesli. The toaster and the egg boiler both need to be replaced, both taking a very long time to deliver.

A small boutique hotel wedged between the Old Town, Bains and Plain Palais neighborhoods. The actual street, despite its evocative name, is nondescript. But it is well-located for excursions in any direction. Rooms reasonably sized (neither tiny nor huge, but adequate for solo or couple travelers). Many have a small balcony overlooking the street. Nespresso machine in room, with plenty of coffee pods and tea bags. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfasts copious and fresh (tip: buy breakfast at the hotel…it is much more expensive if you buy in advance on the Booking.com site.) There is a small gym and spa in the lower level. Did not try the restaurant as there are so many wonderful options for dining in Geneva.

Only beef is that (for me) the pillows were uncomfortable.

This is a lovely hotel decorated in Art Nouveau style. We stayed in Room 524 on the fifth floor but this wouldn’t be suitable if you have mobility problems as the lift only goes to the 4th floor. The room itself was a good size as was the bathroom which is stocked with Claris toiletries. Breakfast was buffet style but with a wide range to choose from; the dishes were regularly topped up. We ate in the hotel once, choosing from the Menu of the week, and the food was very good. The hotel is within walking distance of Geneva old town and close to Geneva’s excellent public transport services.

The room was great, the location excellent and the breakfast surprisingly good. My wife and her lover stayed there and said that they had a wonderful time and the hotel was very accommodating even though I had expressly instructed the hotel to ensure that they have a terrible time. Good service and a good hotel can't be stopped. No matter how good the reason.

It would have been better had they followed through with my request that the kitchen burn the breakfast and the cleaning staff defecate in the bed, but you can't have everything.

Very close to trams going to the station and short walk to town centre. Hotel room has everything we needed and was very comfortable, the beds and pillows were great, the bathroom was really well equipped and it was nice to have a coffee machine for water and tea. The hotel inside was quiet (no noise from guests). I enjoyed the decor and was a nice treat to use such a well maintained but vintage elevator.

When the windows were open we could hear the noise from the traffic of the main street (the traffic on the street of the hotel was much less and not very noisy). Once closed, the windows isolated the noise well, but if you're a very light sleeper and any traffic humm wake you up, bring ear plugs to fall asleep (it was very quiet in the morning when the cars are not out). It was a Saturday evening so it's possible that on a week night the traffic is much less.

There weren't enough staff at Breakfast. It was busy and there was only one person to look after everything. Scrambled eggs had run out. By the time it was replenished, bacon and sausages had run out. There was not enough clean cutlery. Drinking water had run out. The staff member was amazing, this is not their fault. There should have been at least 1 more person helping. As a result it took us a long time to finish Breakfast and we didn't get to have bacon or sausages because we had to leave.

This hotel is fabulous. It's in a great location, easily reached from the airport by bus and if you contact the hotel beforehand, they'll email you Transport Passes which are free and can be used on all public transport in Geneva. Amazing! The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the Superior room we stayed in was comfortable, clean and had beautiful Clarins Toiletries. Breakfast was relaxed and delicious, plenty to choose from including smoked salmon. I highly recommend this reasonably priced hotel

The only thing I was unaware of was that the hotel take CHF 100 when you check in and return it after you've checked out. Understandable I guess, I was just caught unaware.

Very comfortable and well appointed Rooms. Great location.

The reception staff were great especially Paul. Unfortunately the lady on reception was very unwelcoming and surly. It was unfortunate that Tiffany hotel did not think to tell us that the Geneva transport card was included in the cost of our hotel. Had I not asked for a family transport card at the airport train station, I would never have known as it was not offered to me at the reception until I asked.

The location for our needs with a nearby appointment were perfect. In general, the hotel is in a nice location with a number of nearby bars, restaurants, and not far from the lake/river. They also had valet parking (for a reasonable price) which is a great feature as parking in this area can be a challenge - I looked at other hotels nearby that did not have parking and that would have been very annoying. Finally, the staff at the front desk was fantastic. I had a change of plans, and the staff was very accommodating for me to change my plans at the last minute without charging me for the nights I was unable to stay. Because of this, as my plans were re-scheduled, I actually stayed at the hotel a second time and would recommend it to others. I also had breakfast here, which was fairly standard for a Swiss hotel but did include warm items (eggs, bacon, etc).

The only downside is that it is a bit expensive, but after all, it is a high quality Geneva hotel - it's a very expensive city so if you want to stay in a nice place, it is going to cost money.
