good for me

I HAD DINNER IN YOUR RESTAURANT IT WAS VERY, VERY POOR, NOT JUST MY OPINION ALSO THE TWO PEOPLE I DINED WITH WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED, I DID MENTION IT BUT ONLY GOT AQ SMILE.

A very peaceful lakeside hotel overlooking a nice view surrounded by some forest. Very safe and convenient self-parking lot

Even though insect net is installed, all kinds of insects invaded the room, which was really bothering at night. There's no service at all for 4 star hotel of which they seem to be really proud.

Excellent hotel in every way possible, at this price point. Excellent food and service as well as a comfortable room. Free bicycle rental available to get to the centre of town

The only problem with the hotel was that the lake view was somewhat blocked by a few trees, but obviously this is a minor problem. Buses to the centre of town run until late at night but after that you may need to catch an Uber, walk for 40 minutes or ride a bicycle, some of which don't have lights.

Hotel La Barcarolle was by far my favorite hotel ever. The property, people, service, food, and views were stunning. I lost count of how helpful the staff was to our group of five. Our children delighted playing in the large grass field overlooking Lake Geneva. The pool was lovely and property well cared for. Special note -I have food sensitivities that were handled perfectly at the restaurant! I would absolutely recommend this hotel and stay again.

I would appreciate a smoking and non smoking section at the restaurant, but understand this doesn't exist in most of Europe.

We loved the location!! That was just amazing!! The rooms are a bit old and could be renewed a bit - but other than that its really super nice and beautiful!! Breakfast is ok… but the restaurant for dinner is really good and amazing!! We really liked it!

Location very convenient, close to a beach at the lake reachable by bike. Swimming pool was a plus, quiet and great for the kids.

Breakfast is way too basic, and needs more staff to replenish the different items when they are finished. You have to be very patient.

Amazing little gem by Lac Leman, lead to perfection. Spacious air conditioned rooms with balcony facing the garden and lake. Extremely friendly staff. This place has been my sanctuary for more than 10 yesrs, and always will be ❤.

Welcome drink and Good breakfast. The hotel had taken extra pains to put a wire mesh for the balcony door to keep bugs away.

Two single beds, instead of one double bed. Not a Very Great View.

The room was perfect, very spacious and spotless. The breakfast was perfect with very attentive staff.

lack of Health Suite facilities, this would have been the cherry on the top

Love the location by the lake, the quietness, the charm, the harmony. Amazingly friendly staff, wonderful breakfast and rooms really spacious, clean and love the little balconies. Beds are very comfortable, big free parking.
