It was possibly the best hotel that we have ever stayed in. It was only 200 yards from the centre of Yvoire, in a nice quiet spot. It was exceptionally clean. The breakfast, although short on hot food, was very well presented. The pool area was exceptional ,with plenty of sunbeds.

The staff. We sent an email to ask if we could have our room early, and was told that it would depend on the day, however they would try. After arriving at 1230pm, and being told it was not ready, they told us to come back in an hour. 3 hours later they had not even started on it. To say that it was such a small hotel, that only had a handful of guests at the time, I would have expected them to try to prioritise our room , knowing that we were waiting. Reception was not good, and and the staff generally, were not over friendly. The restaurant was closed on Sunday and Monday evenings, which were the days that we stayed.

incredible location, just one block from entrance to charming medieval walled city of Yvoire along lakeside path. fantastic restaurant on the terrace overlooking Lac Leman. Lovely spa, whirlpool, steam room, sauna, two small pools. Large room with all the amenities. Convenient parking lot.

Villa Cécile is a little gem in a historic village on the Lake of Geneva. It is beautifully set in a nice garden, with two outdoor pools, with dinner served on a terrace (we were there in July) and with a view on the Lake. Dinner and breakfast were of high quality, details are being taken care off. This address is one to come back to and can be recommended without any hesitation. Staff was really very welcoming and helpful.

We liked everything!

We loved our stay at Villa Cecile, the whole place is wonderful, clean, bright and beautifully furnished. Our room had a lovely view over the pool and we could also see the lake through the trees. It's really close to the main part of the medieval town so perfect for sight-seeing. It's also lovely to come back and relax around the pool on a hot day. We had a fabulous meal in the restaurant which was a bit of a treat as it was quite pricey. All of the staff were friendly and helpful too. It's a gorgeous place and worth treating yourself to a stay.

My other half thought the pool was too cold for swimming in! I found it refreshing :-)

The accommodation was lovely the rooms furnished with shabby sheak.. lovely, very comfy bed. The facilities offered by the hotel were great pool, loungers, chairs tables..beautiful set out very nice. bar menu served at lunch or restaurant menu. Staff couldnt do enough for you, excellent.

Was not impressed with breakfast that was available, at 22 euros each not very good value for what was on offer...Big No...

This is a stylish, high quality hotel on the edge of Lake Geneva. While we did not have time to sample the spa facilities, the sense of well-being pervades your stay. Our room was large, well equipped and blessed with a very comfy bed. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the enjoyment of our stay. Secure private parking for our motorbike.

We didn't have breakfast. My husband had a cup of coffee and asked to refill. They charged €7 (€3.50 per cup) In case breakfast not included Hotel usually set up coffee machine in the room for the guests. But, this hotel didn't, and charged for even refilled coffee. In USA this kind of nasty hotel regulation can't be even imagined.

Beautiful place, very caring attitude from all staff I met, amazing food in the restaurant, very comfy bed, I just would like to have smaller pillow (I normaly sleep on children size pillow). I definately would like to come back again.

Fantastic hotel the staff are so friendly and helpful , the location is great , the hotel and pool area were always exceptionally clean , we ate in the restaurant and the food was superb . This hotel is 30 minute drive from Geneva which is so easy to do for a day trip , english was spoken well garage is excellant

Very spacious, airy and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic. If you want a place to just chill out, then I don’t think you could do much better than here.
