Small but lovely room with a comfortable bed (I slept unexpectedly well - usual I have a few difficulties adapting to a new bed). The room clean and well organised with a kettle for hot water and some tea. The staff was polite and helpful. Thank you for a great stay even for such a short time.

The building is a bit old and the sound proofing between rooms and hallway is not the best, you can hear a but to well what was going on outside the room. The WiFi is a bit slow, one can read emails and see, upload social media but no high quality streaming or heavy data transfer tasks. Be aware of the kitchen hours to be sure you get some food.

My room was light with windows on two sides, one overlooking a quiet street and village houses, the other overlooking a private garden. I appreciated having a kettle provided. The en-suite shower room was excellent. At breakfast apart from the good croissants and excellent decaffeinated coffee I particularly enjoyed the chocolate muffins.

I found the pillows too soft. The particular orange colour chosen for the throw on the bed and the decorative cushions was too harsh (in my opinion). The extra blanket had a hole in it. The washbasin in the shower room was not well cleaned every day.

Beautiful location in a beautiful town the room was nice

When we arrived there were no staff about to greet us and I did not realise at first that the keys are ready for you to pick up on arrival. The heating in the room was unbearably hot and had no way of switching this off and no pillows just cushions. Could not find a member of staff about to ask about the pillow situation or to turn the heating down

Good location within town, on street free parking. Welcoming staff. Small but comfortable room with TV, tea, coffee and ensuite. Quiet. Evening meal and breakfast excellent. Free wi-fi.

Excellent value for money - comfortable bed, solid breakfast and everything was spotless.

I always mind when there are no vegetables available at breakfast, but other than that given the price range of the hotel the breakfast was good.

Great value for money, especially in pricey Swiss. Breakfast was really good and room was clean and tidy.

Staff really can't speak any English exept the main lady who is really great at handling everything!

Wonderful little spa town, more charming that the majority of Swiss towns on the lake Geneva. A quiet location, comfortable room, excellent breakfast.

Very small room as expected, comfortable bed, very quiet at night, and a good breakfast. Very good location, 15 m diving to Geneva city center, nice surroundings around the hotel with a few restaurants, and also quite good food at the hotel restaurant.

Location is great. Good atmosphere and good staff.

"Poor" breakfast, really not like in 3*hotel's must be.

The room was on the top floor nd in a corner having amazing views ans a delicious breeze. The flowing brook from across the way was aquite lulling and peacful. The shower room was very modern, well designed and comfortable. The breakfast we real bacon and scrambled eggs with a selection of fruit, pastry and meats. The large terrace with outdoor seating was wonderful for dinner or appertif. Parking out front was abundantly available. Overall a wonderful stay.

The room culd have used a plug nearer the bed for nightime charging. But overall the place was great.
