The hotel and the room were perfectly clean and modern. There was also a large underground parking garage with an electric charging station, which was very convenient. But the best part of our stay was the receptionist, Miss Manon. After driving for seven hours, we arrived extremely tired, but thanks to her warm welcome, kindness, and clear explanation of everything in the hotel, she made us feel happy and truly grateful. I strongly recommend this hotel not only for its excellent facilities but also because of Miss Manon. Thank you for everything – we hope to come back again soon

Excellent hotel with great breakfasts and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. I’m especially grateful for the assistance I received with recovering my AirPods, which I had accidentally left at the hotel — the team went above and beyond to help me get them back. Outstanding service – thank you so much!

It would be helpful to have bottled water available in the room. We arrived around midnight, and unfortunately the hotel restaurant was already closed, so there was no option to purchase any drinks, which was a bit disappointing. While we were told that tap water is safe to drink, in a 4-star hotel I would have expected either complimentary bottled water or at least the possibility to buy some on site.

Beds are a bit weird and on a slightly short side Toilet/ bathroom concept with transparent walls is not exactly my thing Breakfast choice was a bit poor at 9: eggs were unbeatable (cold and had more milk/ water then eggs, could not finished), birchermusli finished and never refilled, many things were absent already. The staff although was welcoming and kind, sadly they were busy replacing cups then restocking the buffet

Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. Dinner was excellent! The breakfast was exceptional. I went back for more (this never happens me). So many of the things in my room were well-thought-through. I was exhausted from a 5 hour delay when I arrived. By the time I left at 1100 the next morning, it was as if it never happened. Thank you!

The rubber guard at the bottom of the shower door was coming off. This let water into room when shower was used. The staff was happy to hear it when I told them about the problem. Quality service is clearly important to them.

Free parking garage with elevator access to room floors. Clean and modern. Helpful staff. If you have a car it is well located just by the freeway exit. If you don't have a car, there is nothing around (e.g. no convenience store) so it might not be the best option unless just spending the night for a morning flight as they have an airport shuttle.

I asked for a wake up call but it didn't work. I mentioned this to the reception and were grateful that I told them as they were not aware about the system issue.

Could be uncomfortable for more than one person 👇🏻👇🏻 Blinds only worked first day then it stopped working (maybe got disabled by building managers) . If this what happened you should inform the customer.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 No brush to clean the WC. Noises from shower and wc reach to the bedroom (no sound isolation) extra noises generated from lavatory inside the room , movement detector for light in the toilet. Too Small desk to put the bag on Bed make noise when turning Control panel instructions are better put just beside the control panels not only on TV No kettle for hot water inside the rooms.

The property is close to good transport but also as a big underground car park. It is handy for Geneva and the surroundings and provides a regular free shuttle service. It is modern with basic but reasonable rooms and a good breakfast

The rooms are compact and there is no desk area or facilities for hot drinks. We were in a heat wave and because of the configuration of the room (shower and WC by window so small window some distance from bed) the room was very hot and impossible to cool

The room was well laid out, with a comfortable bed and a great view from the lake. Wif Fi was good and there was a good choice of TV channels with a reasonable selection in English. Very good sound insulation in the rooms. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of options. The shuttle service to the airport was helpful too. Staff were all really helpful.

More choice on the hot breakfasts. There was a free coffee station as there are no drinks facilities for drinks in the room but that disappeared after the first night.

Quiet location Free parking in secure garage/carpark under the hotel Rooms were clean with hairdryer, iron and ironing board and several sockets and USB Restaurant staff were lovely Christine at reception/ Mission Control was absolutely amazing, she was so warm and welcoming through out the whole stay. The lady at check in was also very helpful but unfortunately remember her name. The only thing I would note is that the actual shower cubicle is in the bedroom itself with frosted glass, with the light on you can see a silhouette- probably not ideal if you are not travelling as a couple etc

The room was well laid out, and the bed was comfortable, offering a good lake view and an excellent selection of TV channels. Also soundproofing is very good in the rooms. The shuttle to the airport is really helpful.

There are no drink-making facilities in the rooms, and it seems that the communal coffee station in reception has been removed. Shuttle stops in the middle of the day, so not able to use it for mid mid-afternoon flight out.
