The access to the water was quick (a minute away) and you are very close to the CGN (a boat company) that takes you on trips to Yvoire and other places around Lake Geneva. I had a lakefront view with a small balcony and it was amazing. The bathroom was beautiful with a giant tub that was very deep. This came in handy when I was tired after a long day of walking or sightseeing. A local at one of the shops in Nyon told me staying here or in other smaller towns near Genève you get to see more of traditional Swiss life. It’s very easy by train/bus/boat to visit other towns, like Coppet, Yvoire, or access Geneva. In my opinion, staying in Nyon is much prettier than staying in Geneva.

The only thing to note, is that the hotel is at the bottom of a little hill. So descending and climbing this with luggage may be tricky if you physically impaired in anyway. There is a car park across from the hotel with an elevator that I used when I was checking out with all my luggage. For the price, the bed was a tad lumpy, which I was surprised about. And turn down service came at odd times, and seemed unable to come back if you needed just five minutes to get out of the room.

All the staff were very helpful especially the ladies on reception. Hotel is very clean and in a great location right on the lake edge. There is a great new pub just around the corner. The breakfast has everything you need.

The booking.com mobile site shows a parking P logo at the hotel. But the hotel has no parking itself. You must pay for parking in the underground parking lot across the road. Something small but could be clearer upon booking. When you search further on booking.com it does say parking is available at a charge across the road but if you are doing a fast check out on the app this is not very clear.

Wonderful location right on the water, with easy access to old town just outside. Chantal at the front desk was wonderful and super helpful. My room was upgraded and I had the most stunning view of the lake - I spent hours out on the balcony just soaking it in. The breakfast was very straightforward European style, but the fresh bread was super delicious.

Not a big deal, but in order to charge my phone at the bed I had to unplug a lamp. It would be helpful to have a spare outlet at the bed. Otherwise no notes!

We had an amazing terrace off our room that looked out to the lake, marina and main promenade. A nice table and chairs were provided so we could entertain our family and friends on the large deck. The hotel has a very convenient location adjacent to the lake, close to all the restaurants, marinas, swimming areas, museums, chateau, etc. Rooms were good-sized and bathroom was well-appointed. It was an extremely relaxing end to our trip.

I can only think of two minor issues: There were several spiders in our room. Might have just been the season for that, but I was surprised that the ever-present cleaning folks didn't catch them. Also we had a streetlight that shone in the room in the strip of the window that couldn't be covered by the curtains.

Friendly staff, very helpful. Excellent continental breakfast. We had a room overlooking the marina and the lake.

Air conditioning was not working across the whole hotel. There were no fans in the roms. There was also construction work going on to an adjoined cafe, wth hoarding and scaffolding up, and some noise from machinery on weekdays. We were not made aware of either of these issues in advance of our arrival. No kettle provided in room.

Some teething problems with Siri and tv and the new carpets in the stairway smelled a bit strange…but as it was only in first week I a. Sure it will all settle down . Also no restaurant facilities yet ( apart from breakfast) but early days

Lovely spacious room with a large balcony. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location to explore Nyon and right on the lake for fantastic views. Breakfast was good with lots of options.

We didn't have a kettle in our room which was unusual and we would have liked the option to make a drink in the room. Also our shower wasn't great as the head wouldn't stay up - we did let them know so hopefully this will be fixed.

The room was clean and tidy. The view to the lake was very relaxing as we enjoyed it a lot. We would like to give a very big, thanks to the French gentlemen in the reception (we forgot his name) as he was very kind and helpful

The only problem we had is that there are a lot of mosquitoes in the toilet. We highly recommend to put a movable mosquito net at the windows

The hotel had recently re-opened under a new name and management. The quality of the refurbishment was excellent. The staff we beyond friendly and helpful. When there was a problem with my booking (entirely due to my error) they corrected it without any fuss.

The location of the hotel was perfect - right overlooking the lake yet within 15 minutes walk of the train station and only a few minutes from restaurants, cafes and shops. The room was large, clean and quiet and the bed very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.
