The staff is very friendly and always available onsite or via phone/mail. The hotel is in a nice old building, centrally located, all sightseeings are reachable by walking. The rooms are a bit small, but very well equipped. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is small, too, but very nice. The breakfast offerings are great - everything was fresh and delicious. The whole facility is very clean.

Breakfast was continental style with the added bonus of scrambled eggs. They changed our sheets and towels once in our 4 night stay which was an unexpected bonus. Thank you.

It was a club up the stairs with luggage as there is no lift (although they did offer to carry it up for us).

Nice spacious room. All clean and functional; had everything needed and was nicely furnished. Friendly staff at the reception and good breakfast. Good location between the lake and the train station.

The reception is not open 24/7, which is fine but I had to provide quite a detailed arrival time, which was a bit difficult in this case. Bathroom could be a bit larger.

The bar was lively with good music, atmosphere and bar snacks The restaurant was nicely presented, tables not too close together and the food was wonderful

Everything in Switzerland is expensive and this hotel is a good alternative to Geneva or Lausanne. I only saw an upgraded room, which was excellent. Short walk from the railway station.

The price came out higher than expected from that quoted by Booking.com but it probably still beats the big city alternatives.

The location, the vibe, the bar and the restaurant! Although it’s lively, there is no noise at all when you are upstairs in your room.

The room was really lovely - didn’t spend enough time in it to properly take full advantage of the space but it was great!

Breakfast was ok but didn’t feel like a treat!
