Staff could not have been more helpful. Food was excellent. A really lovely hotel.

Perfectly clean room with a view over lake Geneva to die for! We stayed one night on our way home and the hotel was fine for that. The free parking in front of the door is very convenient too. The staff were incredibly friendly.

The check-in was confusing, as the times marked on booking.com are not correct, so I had to call the emergency number provided at the door. The number was engaged for some time, so there was that moment of uncertainty - not so nice with a small child in tow. I also felt that the breakfast-room smelled like old cigarette smoke. And the rooms unfortunately look nothing like on the pictures.

The hotel's location was perfect for my purposes. The room was nice and quiet and had a great view of vineyards, the lake and the mountains in the distance.

The restaurant previously associated with the hotel was closed for renovation and there was no convenient alternative to grab breakfast or a meal in the vicinity. There was no effort made by the staff to compensate for this . While the room was nice and bright, the furnishing could have been a bit more thoughtful and sophisticated. The bathroom, while clean, was outdated and not up to the standard I expected.

On arrival there was no room reserved for us, but it was sorted so we got a room. We had booked and paid for a room with a view, the view we got was of a parking lot. The staff was friendly enough but only said that "we don't have rooms with a view".

Nice location just in front of vineyards

No staff available during the stay. Also impossible to reach them the day before the check-in. Check-in done with the help of a guy working for the restaurant. Pretty hold furniture.
