Very positively surprised by this hotel! I loved everything about it: - very friendly, professional and helpful staff - comfortable hotel rooms - very comfy mattress - absolutely stunning alcove-like angled window, with cushions to sit at the window and look at Geneva Lake. My favourite part about the room! - All very clean, and a sufficient amount of towels (one big, one small, one smaller) - seems like a small detail, but most hotels don't do this :) - Good breakfast, with a view of the lake as a bonus! - Services for anything you may need - even borrowing a plug adapter! Plus the hotel is very well connected to Geneva - you get a free transport card for the entire canton of Geneva, it's right next to the train station and trains go every 15 mins! It's perfect, and so much nicer and quieter than to stay in Geneva while still being close by! Would 100% recommend

- Maybe just a small remark - would be great to be able to regulate the temperature in my room, as due to the AC it was always a bit too cold for me - Make sure the breakfast is always properly stocked, on one of the days half of the items were missing - but on the other days it was all good :)

Views from the hotel were incredible, being able to wake up looking over the lake was amazing! With the free Geneva Transport pass which was given to us a couple of days prior to our stay, we were able to make use of it right away and got a 20-30 minute bus ride from the airport to the hotel. Hotel is super close to the Vernoix Station so you can be in Geneva city centre within 20 minutes which was perfect. Previous reviews advised being under the airport flight path and next to the train station meant it was quite noisy, but when you are having busy full days in the city centre and are tired at the end of the day, you just sleep through it all (and for someone who loves planes, it’s was pretty cool seeing the planes come into land each day!)

Loved everything - only thing to comment is that the plug sockets in the hotel do not fit typical EU adaptors so make sure you have a Type C (2 pin adaptor). Luckily the hotel had a spare they let us borrow, however we did have to put down a £50 deposit for it (but this was cancelled and the money back in my account almost immediately once we returned the adaptor when we checked out)

The location is great. The hotel is located at the city centre of Versoix. The room was cozy and spacious enough for two people and our luggage. The view of the room was facing inside of the building so we didn't get to see the lake. Breakfast was great and you can see the sunrise from the restaurant area.

There were no slippers in the room. And the lights in the corridors were too bright! They were already too bright for me as a youngster, not to mention the elderly I was travelling with. She didn't feel too well from them. And hope that there could be an entrance where travellers can access by car. It was a bit difficult for us to move our luggage into and out from the hotel.

The staff were lovely, the room was great with an excellent view from our room. I think the room could be improved with a fridge, but that's just personal preference and nothing I am complaining about. The hotel is super close to the train station and bus stops, which were very easy to navigate. We enjoyed eating at the hotel most nights, too and had a really great time at the hotel.

They took an additional deposit on arrival which almost doubled the room booking. We were not told about this prior, so this was a complete shock. What if we didn't have enough money on our card? This needs to be made clear at time of booking. I understand a deposit may need to be taken but I think it's disproportionately large.

The location and view from the room was excellent , the staff where friendly and helpful , also staying at the hotel came with a free travel card around Geneva which was a nice touch especially as the train station was only a short walk from the hotel with easy travel to Geneva , breakfast was a really good variety

No kettle or coffee / tea making facilities, where similar hotels all have these , no minibar or fridge to store any cold items which again many hotels of this star rating have ,

Desk staff offering cursory service. Not showing sense of hospitality. Only one bell cart to get luggage from parking, had to wait to come back to lobby. Restaurant good but a little expensive. Nice service. No tartare sauce available. " we had it before with other preparation of fish "

Staff very friendly. View was beautiful. For the price, it is really good. It is on the flight path, but if the windows are shut then you cannot hear anything. It is next to a supermarket which was useful. Also, there is a tiny (I mean really tiny) beach just opposite if you want to go in the lake. A really good restaurant about 5 minutes' walk away where you can eat fish from the lake. Rental bikes are just outside the hotel. It is not a glitzy central Geneva hotel - but if you want somewhere nice to stay for business/travel/ meeting up with friends, then this is a great find for a fraction of the price.

Nothing really.

We stayed at this hotel to visit a school in Versoix. Its location is convenient, next to a large grocery store, pharmacy, and cafe. It is a short walk to the ferry stop and shops/restaurants. The staff were very kind and helpful, and we enjoyed the lobby cat's company. The breakfast room has a lovely view of the lake.

No fault of the hotel, but our taxi driver had a difficult time finding the address.

Secure storage for bicycles, terrace with lake view, supermarket next door, beach/swimming area just over the road, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Best feature is the terrace - we enjoyed eating outdoors (breakfast and evening meal).

No air-con (or not working) so room was too hot. The hotel is right next to the train station and directly on the flight path so very noisy if the window is open.

Grata location near the tram with good parking facilities with a height limit of 2.1m for the underground parking. Amazing views and friendly staff

Aircon is not permitted in new hotels so it is set around 25 degrees, which considering it was 35 degrees outside was still a lot cooler.
