The location is great. The hotel is located at the city centre of Versoix. The room was cozy and spacious enough for two people and our luggage. The view of the room was facing inside of the building so we didn't get to see the lake. Breakfast was great and you can see the sunrise from the restaurant area.

There were no slippers in the room. And the lights in the corridors were too bright! They were already too bright for me as a youngster, not to mention the elderly I was travelling with. She didn't feel too well from them. And hope that there could be an entrance where travellers can access by car. It was a bit difficult for us to move our luggage into and out from the hotel.

The staff were lovely, the room was great with an excellent view from our room. I think the room could be improved with a fridge, but that's just personal preference and nothing I am complaining about. The hotel is super close to the train station and bus stops, which were very easy to navigate. We enjoyed eating at the hotel most nights, too and had a really great time at the hotel.

They took an additional deposit on arrival which almost doubled the room booking. We were not told about this prior, so this was a complete shock. What if we didn't have enough money on our card? This needs to be made clear at time of booking. I understand a deposit may need to be taken but I think it's disproportionately large.

Staff very friendly. View was beautiful. For the price, it is really good. It is on the flight path, but if the windows are shut then you cannot hear anything. It is next to a supermarket which was useful. Also, there is a tiny (I mean really tiny) beach just opposite if you want to go in the lake. A really good restaurant about 5 minutes' walk away where you can eat fish from the lake. Rental bikes are just outside the hotel. It is not a glitzy central Geneva hotel - but if you want somewhere nice to stay for business/travel/ meeting up with friends, then this is a great find for a fraction of the price.

We stayed at this hotel to visit a school in Versoix. Its location is convenient, next to a large grocery store, pharmacy, and cafe. It is a short walk to the ferry stop and shops/restaurants. The staff were very kind and helpful, and we enjoyed the lobby cat's company. The breakfast room has a lovely view of the lake.

No fault of the hotel, but our taxi driver had a difficult time finding the address.

Modern, clean hotel, nice room. Handy for public transport. Good parking, if a bit expensive

Check-in took ages - there was a problem at Geneva Airport so many flight were cancelled and many spent the night at this hotel. The check-in process was very slow and so it took about 90 minutes to get checked-in after midnight, with about a dozen or so guests in front of me. The staff did their best so not their fault, but it certainly wasn't a quick process, not helped by Easyjet telling customers to go there but they didn't have enough bookings so had to be turned away which delayed things further. Luckily my Booking.com booking was OK.

The location and views on Le Leman are outstanding. The accessibility to the train is immediate. Quality coffee bar/pastry shop adjacent to the property, with excellent restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk.

I was fortunate to have been there during beautiful weather, with the down-side that it was exceptionally hot for the area. Because Air Conditioning is not allowed, it never gets below a certain temperature in the room, though the air is kept comfortably dry and fans are provided. Also no refrigerators in the rooms.

Beautiful views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Exceptionally clean, hot shower with great water pressure. Friendly staff and a resident cat! Train station is literally 30 seconds walk from the hotel. The free travel pass allows you to be in the centre of Geneva in 15mins. Trains come every 15mins and you are able to get the return journey until at least midnight. Perfect and exactly what we wanted.

I had a late check-in the signage to the car park or access was minimal and ended up in the paid car park after a bit of conversation the hotel stamped the card Beware the heating of the room is controlled centrally so if it is too cold then ask reception ! The breakfast was comprehensive and very good with views of the late

The location was great for the train station, the lake view was beautiful, rooms were comfortable and a good size. Easy to get around and you get a free local transport ticket for you whole stay which includes trains, buses, trams and boats. Geneva Centre is approz 15 mins by train. There is a co op supermarket below the hotel which we used to get take away salads from for days out.

The room temperature was a bit too warm and the cool air fan didn't work. There aren't any in room refreshment facilities apart from one bottle of water per room.

Excellent as usual! The staff and the accommodations are wonderful, the location is great. I really enjoy my stay every time I go to Geneva to visit family. The food is delicious and the staff is very kind, the hotel is beautiful and the views are outstanding.

I gave a $50 deposit for using a European power cord adapter and never was credited back for it upon return. It would be nice to be refunded my deposit.
