There was nothing not to like. Lovely staff, lovely hotel, big rooms with a kitchenette. Everything was almost perfect. Great breakfast, good selection of hot and cold and the hot food was HOT!

The ONLY thing we didn’t like, the bed! A bit too hard/firm

The first receptionist the night of my arrival was very welcoming and pleasant. The next morning, the 12th, I paid for another night and brought a friend of mine in the evening around 19:00 for a second room and I wanted to pay for his stay. Unfortunately, this other receptionist has been very annoying, making things very complicated, telling me my credit card was not allowing him to secure a guarantee of 100 euros for the second night, plus 100 more for the second room, although it was easily done the night before. He brought me in a complicated maneuver of having to receive an email in order to enter a site to give my authorisation for a Payment of 200 euros, which I initially refused to validate as it was stated payment instead of guarantee of payment if damaged done. So I asked for a document certifying that this sum will not be taken from my account and only represented an authorisation if payment if required. The receptionist refused to produce any statement, stating that only payment in cash would allow the production of such a document. After arguing for 20 mn at least (!), I accepted to validate the thing but the software asked me for accepting cookies which I obviously refused and selected the mandatory ones only. Then, the system refused my "payment". The receptionist then declared, supported by a colleague working in the bar nearby, that it could not work without accepting all the cookies... I got annoyed,buried again but failed. The receptionist suggested that I get reimbursed for the night already paid and look elsewhere for a room when none was available nearby except at a rate the double of the amount in this place. He then asked me to walk to the center of Ferney to withdraw cash for the deposit.

M3 is located near Geneva at the first bus stop near the border. Its a beautiful complex of two buildings with wonderfully decorated rooms. The lighting, wall paper, bathrooms and kitchenette are all modern and well appointed, well thought out. The unit has a balcony as well. There are communal kitchens and laundry facilities. Had I not walked by the hotel by foot I would not have chosen it due to the poor advertising photo of teenagers splashing at a pool. This is by no means a teenage dorm hang out. The clientele are mixed workers and tourists attending conferences or here for work.

Perfect location if you're looking for a place near the airport. Super friendly staff and perfect, immaculate family room, duplex style, for our party of four. I didn't expect the kitchenette which was added bonus. And I loved the fact that this clean hotel complete with bar and restaurant was very welcoming to pets.

Quality of restaurant food could be less bland.

Fantastic three nights stay. Reception was really friendly and helpful. The room was well appointed with a nice balcony ( view on the garden) and very quiet. Very close ( direct bus line) to Geneva city center and cheap compared to hotels in Geneva. It is very easy to reach from Geneva Airport by direct bus line. Fast check-in option available! Strongly recommend this small hotel to those visiting Geneva and do not want to pay much for accommodation!

Just recommendation to unblock reserved deposit ( 100 EUR) on the same day when checking out (did it within 10 minutes after I reminded them via whatsapp next day), but everything else was perfect!

The bed was excellent, providing a very comfortable night's sleep. Our room included a small kitchen, which was very convenient for preparing light meals. The bathroom was spacious and nicely designed, adding to our comfort.

While the breakfast was of good quality, there wasn't enough quantity for all the guests, which was disappointing. Communication prior to our arrival was not very good, leading to some confusion. We received a free Genius breakfast, but initially, the property refused to provide it. Thankfully, I had contacted a booking.com agent before the trip and was able to show the confirmation email to the receptionist, who eventually agreed to include the breakfast for free. The free parking lot was quite busy. There are more parking spots in the garage, but the problem is that there are many walls in the garage and you can hardly fit two cars between them. Luckily, the garage was not busy at all, so we could park our car next to a free spot.

This is a good hotel that I have been using for several years during business trips. It is in a quiet environment and thus gives the opportunity to relax after work. The services are appropriate and the price reasonable. The connection to Geneva is regular and takes 20 minutes, there is also a connection to the airport, 8 minutes. WIFU works without a problem. Room cleaning and service is perfect.

This year, for the first time in years that I have been going to the hotel, the pool was not ready and available. Already last year I drew attention to the insufficient lighting of rooms (especially dark rooms facing the garden), in case you want to read or work on PC.

A great option for a short- or long-term stay close to Geneva! The staff were all so helpful and friendly, and the room was comfortable and clean. My husband and I stayed for two weeks and appreciated the shared kitchen where we could prepare meals, as well as the kitchenette in the room itself. The hotel has a great location close to Ferney town center, close to Geneva (less than 10 minute walk to 60, 61, 66 bus lines) and the airport. We loved the modern feel, and the staff truly made our stay special.

What a gem! Tucked away in a beautiful village just outside Geneva (approx 20 min regular bus, caught just down the road), this hotel was just what we needed. The staff are just awesome and the rooms are perfect! Spacious, clean, cosy, modern - just great. We had a nice room around the side, surrounded by trees and bushes, away from the sun given its been 27-29 degrees! We were lucky enough that the pool had just been refurbished so that was the spot every day. Quiet, peaceful but will a lovely bar close by, in the hotel. The high street in Ferney-Voltaire is beautiful, rich in culture and filled with fantastic food and drink that you can enjoy on cobbles streets, with views of mountains and ice-capped peaks in the distance. Watch out for L’azzurl, their pizza is insane! You’ll see most of the people out walking with their pizza (we had takeaway and in restaurant, both outstanding). The staff there are again, just awesome. Just be sure to reserve ahead of time (even if you do it walking by) to avoid disappointment, it gets busy! There’s also several supermarkets/ green grocers around, too, in case you want to make good at the hotel as there are cute kitchenettes on the room with everything you need. TV was incredibly bright and given it’s on hotel mode, you can change unfortunately. But that’s a minor and personal thing - be sure to have your sunglasses to hand 😉

Location, facility

There was an annoying incident. I checked in late and was given the key of an occupied room. The receptionist gave me another key and I found out that it was a suite. The next morning, Very early, I was waken up by a call, telling me they the suite was wrongly attributed to me and I had to change room! I was furious about this attitude of no service! I didn’t ask for an upgrade in the first place and the hotel shouldn’t call me that early! Then, the hotel did apologize and offered me breakfast which is appreciable. I also had a candid exchange with them, pointing out my discontent.
