Amazing resort. The room was very clean and the services were spectacular. The spa is also very good and the facilities were very clean. The staff are very friendly and professional. The restaurants are very good as well. Parking is available.

I was lucky enough to stay at many renowned hotels, but this one stands out as the finest by far. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed into a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond at every step—from the valet’s gracious welcome to the reception’s professionalism and the concierge’s exceptional attentiveness. Even the breakfast buffet team paid close attention to my preferences, making each morning feel personally tailored. It truly felt as though my comfort was their highest priority. I don’t usually gravitate toward anything with a classic or antique style, often finding the drapery and detailing a bit overwhelming. But this hotel proved me completely wrong. From the polished dark wood to the impeccably maintained linen, every element was tastefully curated and beautifully executed. Thank you for such an exceptional and memorable experience.

I had a great stay at La Réserve Geneva, where I felt well taken care of from start to finish. The hotel offers a beautiful setting, excellent amenities, and a relaxing atmosphere that makes for a truly enjoyable experience. A special mention to Fabien, who was particularly attentive and ensured everything went smoothly during my stay. His professionalism and warm service added to the overall experience. Le Loti restaurant is very highly priced for the food served. Unusual for a high-end restaurant not to come with a garnish or salad and/ or vegetables. Instead the meat/fish dishes had no accompaniments served on the plate, which with only one side included meant the plate could be boring and not cohesive as an overall dish.

Excellent breakfast on the terrace with lots of healthy options , Spa was absolutely the best with immaculate indoor pool and state of art Technogym equipment Beautiful outdoor pool newly timed Free boat to downtown Geneva

the rooms are a little small

It s unforgettable feeling like you are in city of Switzerland but having resort facilities. Like the smell of amenities and whole ambiance of the hotel. You feel home at La Reserve accomodations. Now I do not know which is my favourite: paris , Zurich of Geneve. They all so different, love them all.

The location, ambience, food, the service and of course, the ride into and back from Geneva on a Riva. It’s a fabulous hotel in every aspect. The restaurant staff were wonderful with our 18 month old granddaughter.

It was all perfect.

The property was set in a beautiful are with gorgeous natural surrounds. I love the welcome cake and the included drinks in the room. The balcony was a lovely place to sit. the service was outstanding! The nightly turndown service and leaving a bookmark in my book were amazing touches.

The decor was a little over the top and the food slightly overpriced. the breakfast service was a little confused and one evening I was served my main course and entree at the same time which was strange. There is a lack of USB charge points in the room.
