Very friendly staff, excellent service, spotless clean, super accessorized, perfect location. The bed was super comfortable, big windows offer a charming view. I would definitely recommend and also come back again. The italian restaurant Luigia in the same bulging, its a big plus, cuz food weee amazing too.

Nothing, everything perfect

Staff very nice and welcoming Big Room with all the facilities you need. Quiet location on the lake, in between geneva and lausanne, lots of cafes restaurants near by and less than 5min walk to the metro. Sound proof windows. Clean modern style from inside and out. Air conditioning perfect for summer.

Id say nothing, but the gym might need abit more attention maybe when it comes to adding equipments

Cleaning team rushing off and making it known to us that they have 5 mins to clean.

The hotel is strategically located. It is just opposite of the train station. Coop is just around the corner, adjacent to the train station. Migros supermarket is just a few 5min walk. The kitchenette in the hotel is very useful, especially with all the pans & utensils available for use. Everything is new & clean. Love the hot shower. Personnel in the front desk is very accomodating. Will surely recommend to friends to come stay at your hotel.

The cleaning staff does not refill things used in the room like coffee, tissue, toilet paper.

A mid stay sheet change would have been nice and the cleaning was very good at the beginning but towards the end of the week the kitchen wasnt cleaned fully (eg stove wiped down) and the floor didnt seem to be mopped.

Everything.. The studio was sparkling clean, bright and comfortable. The shower was excellent with very good and plentiful toiletries. The kitchenette was well equipped and is.a bonus if you don't want to eat out all the time. There is co-op convenience store just across the road at the station. A short walk through the pretty town brings you to the lake.

Staff were friendly and the room was comfortable and quiet.

They said we could use the rooftop bar so we invited friends over to then be told we couldn’t go because someone made it private for the evening. There were even adverts in the elevator mentioning being able to watch live football from the rooftop. Shame to mislead us.

We spent a night here as part our last leg before taking the flight from Geneva. The apartment is small but functional and the staff go out of the way to make your stay memorable. Nyon is a small place but easy to spend an evening strolling along the waterfront and the castle is great with amazing views of the lake .

Excellent experience! It is not a room: it's a mini apartment. Very comfortable bed and pillows, excellent shower, iron and ironing board, kitchenette: everything you need for a night or a short stay (there is washing machine and gym in the basement) And it is very close to both the train station, the Mobility parking and the town center.

We as a large family with kids and an elderly parent wanted to see different cities in switzerland. It was a great location to go to geneva, montreux, bern, interlaken and Chamonix. All are day trips. Rooms were large with nice kitchenette. Beds are comfortable. Staff especially Isabel was excellent
