Room excellent and good facilities (including basic kitchen). Staff very very helpful. Location also very good and convenient for Geneva and the airport. We will be returning.

The internet connection in our room/apartment was not quite powerful enough for a Zoom meeting to run smoothly - but I was grateful to the reception staff who organised for me to use the Conference room on the evening I had an important Zoom meeting - that I had to be present at smoothly.

I have stayed here several times before, since it is very convenient for travel into Genève and there is a large Carrefour supermarché about 300 m away. The wifi is fast and the mini-kitchen has sufficient crockery, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils etc. The balcon is pleasant to use, but there can be some aeroplane noise if the wind is in the wrong direction (tip: choose a room with a park view). The rooms are clean with plenty of towels provided.

The rooms are always clean, but the paintwork in some rooms is looking a little tired.

The hotel is a little bit old, though you can find there whatever you need. I especially like the possibility to iron in the room, the small kitchen with everything you may need during your stay. I like the pool area where it's possible to spend time in the evening after a working day. Many thanks to the staff who were polite and ready to help. Bus stop (to UNO and to Airport) is 3 mins from the hotel (5-days unlimited transport ticket costs 45 euros). Not fat from the hotel you can also find big Carrefour shop, pharmacy and on Saturday mornings there is a local market nearby. Amazing possibility to be the part of Ferney-Voltaire.

The windows in some rooms are small (it depends on the category of the room). If you are going to work in international organizations in Geneva then be ready to use overcrowded buses both in the morning and in the evening.

We ALWAYS book here upon arriving at GVA as our ski equipment doesn’t always make it. And we ALWAYS Stay here the night before our departure as it is literally the closest and loveliest hotel in the area !!! Love this place!💞👍🏻😘

Our room was VERY small with one tiny window . We requested 1st floor and it was. We had planned to only stay one night and it wouldn’t have mattered but COVID had other ideas😭We stayed four nights as tho no longer testing positive we were exhausted…. Staff was very kind and accommodating. Miriam in particular 💞

Close to airport .Clean towels, good breakfast provided. Flexibility of either eating at the hotel or cooking our own meal as rooms equipped with a kitchen is very useful. Car parking facility at hotel. Gym is good. Dishwasher was very useful.

Shower curtain and area needs attention. No paintings or photos near the bed. Water in the common area needs to be filled as it kept running out .

Recommendable hotel, good facilities with the pool and fitness/sauna. I had a room with small, equiped kitchen, so with a 5min walk to large supermarket you are good for some meals.

The toilets in fitness, but also in room were continuously running water. Notified staff and feel they followed-up, but both still dripped, probably need full replacements. I had a room which had a door to the attached room and it was quite noisy. Calling staff at 11pm fixed the issue first night. Same issue second night... Take into account that the bus to Geneva can be delayed/too full to get in. It will take you some time to get to Geneva.

Nice room size with balcony. facing the pool. Solid breakfast with many options. Enough parking places. Quiet enough, you can hear airplanes but not too loud. Close to the airport and easy to reach geneva by bus or uber. Big wardrobe with enough hangers.Price is very competitive.

Bathroom sink faucet needs fixing. No electrical outlets near the bedside table to charge phone etc.The town Ferney doesn't have much dining options.

Spacious room with kitchen, comfortable beds, very good breakfast. The staff woman from Bolivia attending the restaurant who has been very helpful, had care of everything I needed, and served the dinner with room service. Thanks so much for everything!

Just a minor thing, since the Residence is excellent. There was no sponge in the kitchen, you have only the dish water which was for one plate has no sense to waste so much water.

The room, swimming pool, fitness, sauna,flexible receptionists ,fast attendance and solution finding . Hotel is near to the Airport

Kitchen attendant , the answer via email because of confusion of check in and check out was impolite. Thankfully to the receptionist,when we arrived in the morning,she handled the situation and could find the best solution within a short time. That was excellent job👌👍Bravo

Direct access to garden , ground floor , we stayed for the WDS in Geneva. The Palexpo is 5 mins away so this was perfect for us we stayed with three Newfoundland dogs ( 45-60Kgs ) so the Hotel / Apartment was Ideal. There is a supermarket & a Vets across the road , The breakfast was a buffet service every morning but very nice. Staff were happy & helpful , all in all a lovely stay
