Booked for 3 people. Had an amazing room with twin beds and bathroom on one level and stair inside to a longe with pull out sofa, another bathroom and kitchen. All big free parking on site. Staff told us there was nowhere near to eat but 7 minute walk into small Central area marked centre de ville and 8 restaurants. They generally close at 10pm. Ate at China Thai. Despite name its very good. Not walkable to airport but 7 mins in car and a carry four with petrol station opposite is useful for rental car refuel. Recommend this for an overnight pre flight stop.

Room excellent and good facilities (including basic kitchen). Staff very very helpful. Location also very good and convenient for Geneva and the airport. We will be returning.

The internet connection in our room/apartment was not quite powerful enough for a Zoom meeting to run smoothly - but I was grateful to the reception staff who organised for me to use the Conference room on the evening I had an important Zoom meeting - that I had to be present at smoothly.

I have stayed here several times before, since it is very convenient for travel into Genève and there is a large Carrefour supermarché about 300 m away. The wifi is fast and the mini-kitchen has sufficient crockery, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils etc. The balcon is pleasant to use, but there can be some aeroplane noise if the wind is in the wrong direction (tip: choose a room with a park view). The rooms are clean with plenty of towels provided.

The rooms are always clean, but the paintwork in some rooms is looking a little tired.

Easy to find, location close to Lake Le Man (10 min drive). Comfortable room, modern decor, good selection of utensils and kitchenette. Supermarket 5 mins away, staff very helpful and welcoming.

Was looking forward to have swim but pool didn’t look particularly inviting (colour and murky). We went to beautiful lake instead, cleanest, clearest water. Even though water was cold was the best swim on a beautiful hot day.

The hotel looks good. Well equipped. Big space. Functional kitchen. breakfast is good. Swimming pool looks nice.

The cleaning status is bad. Our room is with carpet. A lot of tiny booklices crawling on the table, bed almost everywhere. It’s so nasty. And feel skin always itching after sleeping. And the Kettle is full of scales so don’t use it. Tapwater seems not clean enough to drink.

The staff were really helpful, especially Zahara, who was very welcoming and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was also very convenient having a bus stop so close by to go to downtown Geneva.

The only thing I was expecting was that the room would be cleaned during our stay, which unfortunately didn’t happen. However, everything else was very good.

Booked 3 months in advance under very good conditions f cancellation (was not sure if I could travel to Geneva at all). Kitchenette was well equipped. Nice beds.

Traffic outside is annoying - keep away from the rooms on the front if you sleep light. Not soundproof windows at all. Isolation between floors and rooms is far from modern standards, unfortunatelt.

The hotel is a little bit old, though you can find there whatever you need. I especially like the possibility to iron in the room, the small kitchen with everything you may need during your stay. I like the pool area where it's possible to spend time in the evening after a working day. Many thanks to the staff who were polite and ready to help. Bus stop (to UNO and to Airport) is 3 mins from the hotel (5-days unlimited transport ticket costs 45 euros). Not fat from the hotel you can also find big Carrefour shop, pharmacy and on Saturday mornings there is a local market nearby. Amazing possibility to be the part of Ferney-Voltaire.

The windows in some rooms are small (it depends on the category of the room). If you are going to work in international organizations in Geneva then be ready to use overcrowded buses both in the morning and in the evening.

Conformatable room and environments.

Numerous small, black flying insects have emerged from the floor drain on the first floor. I informaed this fact to the hotel manager. But it was not solved well during may stay. But I understand this issue requires prompt resolution for the comfort of our other guests.

We ALWAYS book here upon arriving at GVA as our ski equipment doesn’t always make it. And we ALWAYS Stay here the night before our departure as it is literally the closest and loveliest hotel in the area !!! Love this place!💞👍🏻😘

Our room was VERY small with one tiny window . We requested 1st floor and it was. We had planned to only stay one night and it wouldn’t have mattered but COVID had other ideas😭We stayed four nights as tho no longer testing positive we were exhausted…. Staff was very kind and accommodating. Miriam in particular 💞
