Both my wife and I found all aspects of the Hotel Le Rive to be exceptional. The location among a group of restaurants at the boat dock of Lac Leman was great as was the community of restaurants and cafes along the waterfront. Our exceptionally clean room was optimum, as we had windows on two fronts to enjoy the lower portion of Nyon. We found the staff to be highly professional, knowledgeable, and patient as they assisted us throughout our stay. This was a great hotel experience. We loved it.

I understand the need to be environmentally conscious, but I dislike that the hall lights were on a motion sensor. Every time I walked out my door the halls were scarily dark, and there was an uncomfortable, then jarring delay in the lights going on. I would have much preferred the lights on, but dimmed.

Nyons is a very charming summer town on Lake Geneva. When we arrived at the hotel (which is walking distance from the ferry), they upgraded our room. The room (and particularly the bathroom) was very large and well appointed for a European hotel. Loved the AC as it was really hot this summer. Breakfast was on a large covered patio with a gorgeous lake view.

The hotel was more than we could have asked for, plus, the location is so beautiful and the view from our top-floor room was amazing, as well looked toward the south and Mont Blanc.

No complaints, although parking was about two blocks to the west, the walk is really nice.

rented a room and was upgraded to a much larger room with a balcony. Very friendly and efficient staff. Good breakfast. The hotel also has a quality restaurant on the ground floor. I would definitely return to this hotel.

The owner was so accommodating letting us have a table for dinner when they were fully booked and we had not reserved a table. The hotel is in a fantastic location and even though there is no parking you can park close by.

The room was stunning and so spacious. Fantastic views and location.

The breakfast was perhaps a little unexciting and not very varied for a hotel like this. What was provided was however very nice.
