A lovely place in a village square. Great food at the restaurant. The train station is only a couple of minutes down the road with frequent fast connections into Geneva, making this a much move cost effective way to stay in the area.

No air conditioning in the room, which probably doesnt matter most of the time, but it was 34c when we arrived. Not a big issue though.

Breakfast was not available however there was an Epicerie/Coffee Shop just behind the hotel which was open from 7a.m.

There appeared to be nobody on duty when I left at about 8a.m. Somewhat surprised to receive a telephone call when I was at the airport asking me to return my room card !

A superb little place in Tannay, just a short walk from the train station with lots of choice on trains going both directions on Lake Geneva. We had 3 rooms, 2 with a shower and one with a bath and shower over. Really friendly staff and a superb restaurant (although pricey like most decent places in Switzerland) on the ground floor where we ate on the first night. Breakfast isn’t an option at the hotel but there is a bakery with lots of seating just a few steps round the corner. Lovely staff there too and plenty of choice on croissants and pastries with coffee, juice and yoghurt. This is well used by the locals and serves as the local convenience store too.

Smoking on the terrace downstairs drifted in to open bedroom windows. That’s a common problem across France and Switzerland, smoking is far more prevalent than in the UK.

Very nice staff. Clean room. Walkable distance from Taney Train station. Quite roads and away from city chaos.

The nearest grocery shop was 25 minutes away by walking.

Breakfast is not applicable. I liked the quiet location in a small clean town. The room was clean and comfortable.

I think two things could be improved. Please put a sign near the door to the rooms with instructions on how to use the magnetic key and to also turn the knob. Try to put a small shelf in the shower for soap, shampoo, etc.

Excellent service. The team is amazing. It's quite rare when the team goes above and beyond, but this is exactly the case here. And their restaurant is excellent. If we lived in proximity, we would happily return as regular customers to the restaurant.

No curtains or blinds (not sure about the external shutters). No hairdryer.

Cosy room, very welcoming and helpful staff. Calm surroundings, all in all a great stay. Tea kettle and tea in the little hallway came in very handy :)

Wifi didn't work well but fortunately was able to use the next building's wifi
