What a wonderful place to stay in Geneva! So luxurious, with amazing staff that made me feel so welcome and comfortable, from the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was a delight to deal with. Apartment was wonderful. Great location with lots of places to eat. Lake is just around the corner and the old town is a short and enjoyable walk away. I would stay again, with no hesitation.

Only one thing I didn't like, and it's personal preference, but the beds are firm. I like a soft and supportive mattress, and these were not that. Housekeeping were more than happy to supply me with extra quilts to lay over the mattress to make it comfortable enough for me to have a good nights rest.

Everything was perfect, the cleanliness of the place, the quality of the room and staff working in the hotel. I want to thank fabien for everything.

We loved how well stocked our apartment was. With complimentary drinks and toiletries. The staff were very hospitable, Bastien in particular. The location was great for the Christmas market and transport links

Very hard to find any fault with the accomodation. If I had to make a comment, it would be a very minor thing like understanding the smart light switches.

Beautiful room, and exceptional service. Would definitely book again, I liked how the room was spacious, and breakfast was delicious. Staff were very hospitable and service was quick. They had latest gadgets in the room for us to try and we had great fun with them, i.e VR, printing machine, speakers.

It could get a bit noisy at night times from outside.

Wow. What a great hotel. From the moment we arrived, to the time we left. I am a very frequent traveler and have high standards. This hotel shatters all previous standards of excellence. On arrival, we were provided with a restaurant recommendation for lunch - which was great. When we got back, our luggage was already in our room. Everything is included - snacks, water, drinks in the fridge. I had laundry, and it was done immediately - at no charge! We also used their recommendation for a raclette dinner and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience for our whole family.

Absolutely nothing.

The staff and services were simply awesome! They were very attentive and took care of every request professionally and with care. Daily bottle water and Nespresso capsules refills are wonderful. Free laundry service was very nice. House keeping has done an excellent job daily! Everything works and the location is perfect. Strongly recommended and will definitely stay here again next time in town.

Cooking from a next door room smelt really terrible. Not a fault of the SLA but the staff suggested a couple things which alleviated the situation. They even left a candle in our apartment.

The property is very conveniently located and it is about half the price of staying in a five-star hotel in Geneva. The breakfast is brought up to the room and is fine. There is a very nice downstairs lounge/sitting room. In general the staff were very nice, although as we were there over Christmas there seemed to be a bit of confusion as to who or what was available.

The room is not particularly well suited for more than two people, especially when trying to eat breakfast. Not the hotel's fault but Geneva isn't a great place to be over Christmas as everything is closed.

The property was modern and well equipped and decorated throughout. Bright and spacious. Comfortable for 3 people. Excellent sofa bed. The location was central with easy walking distance to the lake, train station, shops etc.
