I really liked the comfort and size of the room. For $150 a night, this was a well worth it hotel. Walkable to everything quite easily in Divonne Les Bains. The market on Sunday is wonderful. The staff was friendly.

It was great, I don't have much to say. We personally didn't do the breakfast and just went into town. The one morning we wanted coffee, they charged us 4 euros for a machine coffee which I thought was totally over-priced. Aside from this, everything was great.

This is a wonderful place with beautiful woodwork present everywhere you look. It's like being transported back in time in the best way possible. The breakfast buffet is great and the hotel cosmetics are of high quality and made in France. The location is fantastic, situated in a park surrounded by ancient cedar trees and redwoods, making it a treat for nature lovers. The balcony is a nice addition to the room, and overall, I loved my stay here and will definitely be coming back.

It's unfortunate that the cars have to be parked in the park, which detracts from the natural beauty of the area. However, it's understandable that not every location has the luxury of an underground parking facility.

Old, classic hotel. Like in a movie! From the entrance to the hotel to the front door to the room. Everything is very clean and well maintained. Large beautiful territory. Very tasty breakfast, everything as usual, but all the products are tasty and high quality. Freshly squeezed orange and grapefruit juice. Free parking.

I liked everything! Of course, you can find minor flaws, but they were unimportant to me)

The customer service in this hotel is top of the line, the room are specious ‘ the view is phenomenal !!

Quiet rooms with both external electric blinds and light excluding drapes. Heated bathroom rails for towels that gave wonderful heat to bathroom and beyond. Comfortable armchairs plus a chair in large bedrooms. Excellent helpful staff particularly at reception and breakfast. Breakfast was great and almond milk was available and fresh eggs. Parking plentiful

Mattresses need attention. First room was impossible but we were quickly given another room

This is still a really Grand Hotel that is kept in style and therefore is breathing a special ambiance that I really like, with furniture in the room that brings you back to former days, but which is very well kept and renovated, very well done. The rooms are large, the outside pool in a quiet garden setting, the breakfast can be enjoyed on the terrace in summer, there is plenty of room for parking the car, all really comfortable. Staff was really very welcoming and helpful.

It was the quietest and most affordable yet luxurious place we have stayed in our month traveling throughout Europe. The bed and linens were top quality. The room was spacious. The balcony facing the mountains was lovely. The restaurant and breakfast were amazing. It was perfect for our one night stay. Robes, slippers, water, coffee, tea, a soaking tub, and a beautiful view! What else could you need?

There wasn’t anything we did not like.

it's a BEAUTIFUL hotel with a soul - and friendly staff. the park / trees in front of the hotel are fabulous.

the noisy young men in the lobby which ruined the classy and quiet atmosphere of the hotel and the evening. unfortunately, nobody told them to shut up and to behave. the sauna part would need some serious revamping with an expert in wellness matters.

We travelled from Calais with one over night stop. The property is fabulous the best art deco hotel outside of New York. The rooms were large and comfortable. We had a balcony room with a view of the mountains. The restaurant was really good the food was excellent. The walk to the town is no more than 5 minutes: the station is about 15mins in te car with direct trains to Geneva. Definitely recommend. We hope to come back next year.

Although the common areas are very beautifully decorated, the rooms need a refreshment ( refurbishing) The bathrooms are oldish and the showers ( with bathtubs ) very difficult and dangerous to access especially for older folks. The exaust system of the toilet and bathroom were not working.
