Superb underground parking for our motorbike; very secure. Our bedroom was large and airy with a very comfortable bed. Good bathroom and very good shower. Good air conditioning and adequate storage space. Superb balcony which caught the late afternoon sun. Overall, very impressed. .

Parking was very, very good but I did notice a few nails embedded in the concrete flooring, so bikers please be aware and scan the floor before traversing. I would still recommend this hotel.

We stayed here to be close to Geneva airport for early morning flight. Perfect location to airport. Clean, modern hotel. Parking is free in building and easy to use even with our small SVU. There are black-out shades, unlike other reviews state. Great pizza in place next door, not much else nearby.

Reception supposed to open at 2:00. They arrived about 2:15. Miserable pillows!!

A nicely designed hotel. I was offered the quiet room I requested on the top floor at the back of the hotel. Breakfast on the terrace. No official car park, but I was offered the chance of parking along the back of the hotel. In the end I had to use my car in the evening and parked in the public car park, where you need a blue disc.

I was woken at 4.00 am by a noise from the back of the hotel, which repeated every half hour. I think it was the barrier to the residents' car park, although I'm not sure if anyone was actually working it. I had to insert earplugs to get back to sleep. I tried calling two taxi companies in Gex, but neither was interested in taking me a short distance to another address in Gex.

Lovely room. Very spacious. Modern and very clean. Liked the balcony looking towards the mountains. It was a convenient stop for us on our journey

The location was OK, but there wasn't much in the area by way of bars and restaurants. I wouldn't recommend the hotel for a holiday but it was perfect for our needs.

All was great, clean big room with balcony and A/C(restricted until the lowest possible +21).

Breakfast. Real drama, they bothering you with asking in advance by emails and calls what bread or croissant will you eat and how many(everything is counted until single unit!) no breakfast buffet, everything has to be ordered, each single piece of food discussed with serving person! Extremely inconvenient. Very miserable choice. Restaurant Vesuvio on site serves great Italian food, but very poor customer service.

We booked the family room, which turned out to be two separate rooms connected by a door and that was just great for our purposes. The parking was comfortable and easy, the rooms clean and comfortable. The walk into the pretty town is short and well worth one's while.

The breakfast is not worth it -- there is a nice bakery just a short walk away which we would highly recommend instead. The hotel is located right near a busy street which makes it easy to find and easily accessible, but which means there are no good views. Our rooms were quiet and comfortable though.

The room was clean and comfortable. The retrieval of the keys after hours was easy and convenient. The adjacent restaurant staff was friendly and the food was good for dinner and breakfast.

Cannot think of anything. Maybe to have available some amenities in the vending machine, like lotion or toothbrush.

There was a misinformation about the property and the way to enter. They talked about a mail that never came and didn’t answer to my messages. We arrived late at night and there was no-one there. Thankfully, the lady in the emergency phone number helped us in.

Located in the village of Gex, very close to the centre and 2 min from the bus stop. This made it very convenient for me as the Bus no. F connects directly to the Cornavin in Geneva. The neighbouring restaurant serves very good dinner menu.

The need to pre-order the breakfast meant that I missed it a few days. Because of the absence of a chef, there was no a la carte menu at breakfast.

Not very convenient when you have meeting in Geneva and you have to quit at 7 am and be back in 10 or 11 pm
