I liked the fast service and the understanding of the room management. I also loved the very pleasant scent in the resort. However, the scent of the towels in the massage area needs to be changed. There was a good variety of sports such as golf, tennis, water skiing, horseback riding, walking, and cycling, as well as the billiards hall and the swimming pool. I enjoyed the breakfast, which was varied and delicious, especially the omelette. The people there were kind.

I did not like the absence of a bidet in the toilet and the lack of prior notice about this. Also, I was unhappy with the unclear pricing for massages at the beginning, as I booked 16 sessions during my stay thinking they included spa access. The phrase "including spa access" was not clear at all, nor were the prices in the restaurant. Additionally, the scent of the towels in the massage area needs to be changed. I was unable to upload the remaining photos on Booking!

Well-maintained and thoughtfully designed resort. The space felt welcoming and functional, with attention to detail that made a real difference. The toilet in the lodge has a “shattaf” bidet hose, the rooms don’t. You have the option to enjoy breakfast in your room at no extra cost—it’s the same price as the breakfast buffet.

The resort is pet-friendly, but since we have allergies to dogs, it was disappointing that there were no designated pet-free rooms available. The in-room dining menu was limited, only there dishes. There were no supermarkets or amenities within walking distance, so having a car is essential.

We had an exceptional stay at JVL Resorts. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with great professionalism and kindness. A big thank you to the entire reception team, and especially to Hamza, who guided and assisted us throughout our stay. Thanks to his recommendations, we were able to enjoy optimal comfort for the whole family. His attention to detail and ability to speak Arabic made our experience even more enjoyable. We are leaving fully satisfied and will not hesitate to return and recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and dedication to guests.

I don’t know if this is happened to me only or not or if this is there mistake or not but it really bother me 😔 Always when i do check out from any hotel the deposit return to credit after few min sometimes in few sec but in this hotel I don’t know why it takes long time , i am talking about days not hours , so if you pay the deposit maybe you will get it back at end of your trip maybe + it’s so so high 😔 comparing with others i am talking about 400 euro, so when you pay it consider it gone from your holiday budget I mean don’t depend on it

Was clean, quite, and suitable for families.

My deposit of 1000 euro was gone. I also had to pay 200 euro extra before checkout. I was in hurry, i didnt have much time to ask about the breakdown of the cost. I think it was city tax or something like this and the restaurant which i went to for 1 dinner only. I find this very expensive and exaggerated. Although the staying price was suitable for me at first. I find the deposit to be gone is very sad. I regret staying here for that reason.

Beautiful property with amazing views. The style and design of the property incorporates the Alps mountains vibe with modern twist. We stayed in the mountain view room and it was incredible. Wooden finishes add to the atmosphere. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay.

Nothing really. The property was perfect. Was just a bit further away from Geneva to what I anticipated. Took about 40 min to get to city centre.

The place is simply fantastic, lots of different activities are available (golf, tennis, water skiing, biking, walking, in-house cinema and snooker table), the jacuzzi lodge was amazing, we enjoyed very much both restaurants at the lodge, the breakfast and the fantastic lay out and various plants and trees

the only small thing which could be improved is at the Garden Restaurant, the dish was a bit small and we could have had a little more to eat. For our dog, we expected that included in the price would include dog food like we have seen in other 5 star hotels, strange that there were no Swiss TV channels though we, as Swiss, live just a few kilometres away close to the border...

The property is absolutely stunning. Gorgeous design and impeccable craftsmanship. It’s a resort that offers something for everyone in the family.

It would be great if the resort offered some kids entertainment in the kids playroom in the evening, so parents can enjoy a bit of the resort by themselves. The facilities are there, they are just missing a person to facilitate this.

Fantastic place, everything from location and facilities to service and food (both breakfast and dinner) was great. My wife and daughter were genuinely wowed. Slightly expensive, yes, but we got a lot more for our money than in similar places in the UK, so in comparison it was good value for money. Also the treatment by everyone working there was excellent, they went out of their way to please us. Well done!
