The two actual hotel buildings (behind the reception+restaurant building) look old and unpleasant, but the rooms are modern, nice, clean and comfortable. All the necessary facilities available, staff very helpful & speaking many languages (English & Russian in our case). It was very warm in the rooms in mid-January, but also two extra heaters were available in the room & in the bathroom. Heat exchange system of the hotel produce a lot of noise in the backyard, disturbing local Ferney residents in the night. However, hotel guests do not hear this noise in the rooms for some magical reason.

It is very inconvenient that the hotel does not allow to book stays longer than 15 nights via Booking.com, even though the rooms are available.

The location is perfect, easy access to public transport, not long walking distance to bus stops esp if u go to geneva. Perfect choice as I was not planning to stay in the french territory. Staff was nice. Its the first time i stay in accomodation like that, it was a pretty unique experience tho. You enter ur room from outside so its different from usual, u feel more privacy. The hotel is cosy and feels like home.

There is only one thing i did not like, I did apreciate the cleaner coming all the stay days but it was a bit scary when she opened the door and than said sorry. I had fears she would come in the morning while sleeping and that would scary me in the first instance seeing someone opening the door. But i would after realise its just the cleaner. I wish there were other ways to make us aware to when to expect them coming. Many thanks for ensuring the room remains clean.

Service was exceptional similar to 4 star ⭐ hotel. The employees are friendly and provide solutions to request. I had early flight at 7am, and the team arrange to advance the wonderful breakfast at 4.45am without supplement with all items available. Breakfast items like a 4 star hotel, it's fresh, with local products tasty and lots choice Including almond milk and pear fresh juice. Ample choice of cheese and cold cuts. In room, mattress is like 5 star hotel, room size well designed and soundproof. The bathroom area is also spacious. Ample parking outside for clientèle with car.

Arrived beyond midnight, without phone network and was outside the gate without code. They could provide a small bell to ring directly to reception, as it was freezing cold.

Campanile is in the spirit of what we'd call a motel in the US, with most rooms on the ground floor and a no-frills approach. That being said, I was very pleased with my stay. The room was clean, and the A/C worked really well, which is important in July. The bed was large and comfortable with a firm mattress. The included parking is ample, and it's about a 10 minute walk to the center of town. The breakfast is perhaps a bit pricey but high-quality and with a good variety of offerings, including particularly tasty cheeses and meats. I did have dinner at the restaurant one night, which was pleasant and convenient. Finally, the staff was simply outstanding. They were patient with my limited French (and they did speak a reasonable amount of English), and worked with me to extend my stay when my flight got cancelled, even making sure I got to keep the same room! I'm a regular visitor to the area and would definitely stay here again.

The room didn't have a great deal of privacy from the provided blinds, though this could be achieved by rolling down the shutter. I didn't mind, but if you're very sensitive to this, it may not be the hotel for you. The location is possibly not the best if you don't have a car. The free wifi was a bit uneven in quality. It was convenient to be able to also have dinner at the hotel, and the quality of the food was fine, but the main course selections were rather meat-heavy. I expect that being a limited operation imposes some constraints, but I'd really have appreciated a chicken or vegetarian main-course option.

Very good hotel near the airport with large free parking. We had 4 rooms for a group of 8 people, we had our rooms on the 1st floor and they were extremely hot, the air conditioning didn't work, we couldn't control the heating at all and it was so warm inside: however, the rooms on the ground floor were very cold (like other people told us). In the room there is a kettle with teas and coffee. The staff was super friendly when checking in. The WIFI worked very well.

Some people of our group took breakfast and it wasn't good

We stayed at this hotel for one night and had a very positive experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed a good breakfast, with a variety of options to choose from, and it was a great way to start the day. The hotel also offers free parking, which was convenient and hassle-free. One of the highlights was that the hotel is truly pet-friendly. We were pleased to find that we could bring our pet with us into the breakfast area, which was a big plus and made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel's location is convenient. Overall, this hotel offers a great combination of friendly service, good food, and excellent pet-friendly policies, all in a convenient location. We would definitely recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and accommodating stay.

I liked everything very much, and the location was nice, but pay attention if you use public transportation. The bus stop is 1km away from the hotel. It is super close to the airport and has a direct bus to Geneva. The room has everything you need, is clean and spacious, and has a comfortable bed.

Pay attention that if you decide to check out before the reception opens, you must ask for the gate code. Otherwise, you won't be able to leave the property.

The Campanile concept: easy parking in front of your room (if you ask for a ground floor room), water cooker, with coffee and tea so you don't have to spend money on an elaborate breakfast unless you really want to.

For 2 out of our 5 nights, a big tourist bus occupied all the parking space of the wing we were staying in. Another night, there was a delivery of bed linen (I suppose) by a truck or van with trollies rolling right outside the rooms around 4 AM. Management should understand that guests expect to be able to sleep undisturbed until at least 7 AM.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The room was basic but clean, it included air conditioning which was good during the hot days. The parking was right in front of our room and the staff was very friendly and available to help. Before our stay, I wrote an email for clarifications and the response was very quick. The position is very good and close to swiss border.

The exterior of the room was in wood and looked a bit under-maintained.

First of all, fanatic and very nice, professional people , which working in the Hotel.. Then, nice, clean, and comfortable rooms. From my room I had the opportunity to listen to birds' songs . Very testy breakfasts every morning . And again , a nice, warm, frindly atmosphere built for every guest by the Campanile Geneve hotel team's members. I send many, many thanks to them and all the best wishes. I will remember all of you. One of the additional positive features of the hotel team - the taxi service offers. Alan and his taxi drivers are doing an excellent job. Thanks for your support.

As I wrote before, I din't find anything that could have a negative impact on me.
