Great location near airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Hydration station (to fill water bottles) in lobby. Plenty of free parking. It’s a budget hotel so no refrigerator in room. Fine for one night with the goal of easy trip to airport.

It was a really hot day. The air conditioning started dripping after running a few hours. We had to turn it off. Luckily the evening cooled down and we were able to open the window. Also, it says “airport shuttle” but that means that they will send you information on who to contact to make your own reservations for the shuttle, which worked out fine, but was not my expectation when I chose the hotel.

We choose this hotel largely due to its proximity to Geneva airport. 2 rooms as we are a family of 5, close to each other which was good, very clean and comfortable. No thrills but did what it said on the tin. Was perfect for what we needed.

The fact that I had booked 2 rooms, one for 2 of us and one for 3 of us as we are a family of 5 and the bunk bed in the triple room had not been made despite the booking being very clear we needed it... a little disappointing we had to make the bed ourselves.

Despite the poor communication with the staff, my room was clean, it was quiet, the hotel is up to standards and near a supermarket and only 10 minutes drive to Geneva airport. Which was the purpose of staying here. I would definitely sleep here again but I hope your staff fix their communication skills. I recommend this place to anyone looking to stay but you'll have to put in the heavy lifting following up on your airport shuttle transfer reservations....you really need to follow up or you'll be disappointed.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION! Sent 3 emails reserving my airport shuttle - no email response even after following up with multiple calls. I had to wait for 30 minutes for my shuttle - which, before, I had to call them and the gentleman that picked up the call, was not aware of this arrangement 🤷🏽‍♀️ It can be very stressful, coming to a new country, booking a hotel that prides themselves in having airport shuttle but don't respond to emails and are frankly poor in communication. I had to play a guessing game on which shuttle is mine because they don't communicate how long the shuttle will be or what color or number plate it is.

Room was small and with basic and simple fittings, everything looked new and appeared to have been recently refitted. This was also apparent as it seemed that the second building was just being refurbished, Secure parking overnight.

Small room, barely enough room to get down the side of the bed to climb in. The Cleaners entered room daily and replaced/tidied things even before leaving day. The Towels disappeared while we were having breakfast on the last morning then we had to obtain more from reception. Lots of people milling around the car park at all hours. No Coffee making facilities in the room.

it was very clean modern and nice. our private room bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was nice. it is small but did the job. yes it is in france but we didn't find that a problem. there's a bus station right outside the place, which takes you to a tram to get into the city. very easy. we did feel it was easier to get an uber from the airport because that did seem a little more difficult.

there was no kitchen facilities at all so very difficult because we wanted to cook or store food, especially considering there wasn't really anywhere to eat out either. there is construction and renovations going on at the moment, so it was quite loud at times.

Close proximity to the airport, very reliable shuttle service and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast is ok.

Rooms are a bit small. We did not like the attitude of one of the receptionists as she is really not client friendly. She was constantly moaning and reluctant to service anyone in the reception area or the adjacent bar. The other receptionist (I believe Ukrainian) was otherwise very nice and serviced clients with a smile. It's a pity because otherwise the hotel is ok.

Just rating the hotel on its own merit, it was very good. This is a no-frills hotel, and so one only wants it to be clean and comfortable and not-excessively noisy. Given the affordable rate, I would say this was an excellent choice for us for a layover before leaving for our Geneva flight. I’d choose this hotel again if needing a quick layover.

This hotel met all the marks for what it’s meant to be. A layover hotel to/from the airport. If I could have had more thing, it would have been a mini fridge. But that’s not a given feature in Europeans hotels. We hung our perishables in a bag outside the window. Voila!

Good location close to the airport and hire car return premises. Lots of parking. Close to a commercial centre which had eateries and grocery stores,plus a petrol station. The hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay,which were very noisy. The staff were very helpful and moved us to a quieter room on request. We could see how challenging it was for them to work during the renovations... The renovations will improve the hotel services and I would stay there again in the future.

Staff is really nice and helpful. They helped us how to go to the Asian restaurant buffet just at the corner, explain how the shuttle works, explained how to use the buses around to go commercial center. Offered coffee, and kept luggage for us because we had to pick a car for rental. They tried to accommodate us the best they could even if there were works in the buildings for redesigning. Bed were comfy, space to put clothes and other stuff appreciated. Bathroom was very good size.

Noisy because of the works in the building fo redesigning. The bathroom shower head wasn't working well, and leaking probably broken Would have appreciated having kettle and complimentary in the room.

I use this hotel every year since 2018, at least 2 times per year. Newly renovated room, clean and tidy. The renovation was done kind of ok. For the price, the room is nice.

They closed the main entrance for somje renovation work, not well signalised. I had to go with my luggage upstairs without elevator. It was just for a single day, so is ok. Cleanliness is OK-eish. Could be slightly better - I think they are mostly vacuuming but a wet wipe from time to time would be great. I was not confident enough to go bear feet.
