Convenient for airport yet quiet location at night and airport bus stopped very close , running regularly and only 2 stops no 5 The staff were lovely and helpful and enhanced our stay , especially thanks to Pierre . Excellent breakfast which started at 5 am so good for early flights . In house bar prices were very reasonable for Switzerland and available all day/ night

No options to dine out locally leaving the only option of sandwiches , limited ding meals or pizza . Hotel very accommodating for those bringing in own food and drink however so there was an option Beautifully appointed bathrooms but one thing to be aware of is the shower tray which is like slippery glass when wet , being so smooth.

The location and facilities are new and well-maintained. The bar/restaurant is easily accessible and stays open until midnight or 1 a.m., which is a big plus.

The receptionist who checked us in did not seem very professional, especially compared to the staff we encountered last year. The team at the reception desk didn’t come across as welcoming or accommodating—it felt like they didn’t want to be bothered. However, the staff at the bar and breakfast area were noticeably more service-minded, which we really appreciated.

I had a generally positive stay at this hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept well during my visit. The bathroom was spacious, providing plenty of room to move around, and it was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The check-in process was quick and efficient, which made getting settled in a breeze.

The hotel’s accessibility could use some improvement. The walk from the airport was not ideal—it's a bit of a sketchy path, dark and inconvenient, especially if you’re arriving late at night. It didn’t feel entirely safe, and I’d recommend arranging transportation rather than walking.

Very convenient to fly the next morning, 7min bus every 10minutes. Great room, very clean. Very quiet: I'm very sensitive to noise and didn't need ear plugs. Going there before each of my morning flights!

They had plastic sheets on the bed and pillows. Had to remove them before sleeping because the sound and feel of it were aweful. Slept amazing after that. Wish they had a cheaper "quick" breakfast option with just coffee and a croissant, I skipped the full buffet option.

It's my go-to hotel whenever I go back to Geneva for my flight back to Asia - near the airport but also convenient to go downtown as it's just a short walk to the bus 5 and 8 stops. It's quite basic but it has what I need. It's also walking distance to the Migros at the end Airporty-Train Station. You have to walk through the park and a parking building.

Sometimes there's some litter in the elevator that I see when I leave and I still see more than four hours after when I get back. Some staff could be a little bit friendlier. The breakfast selection could be better.

It's a simple and straightforward hotel. Location is great if you need to be based near the airport. It's a short walking distance. The hotel is sparkling clean - from reception to the rooms! The room is also a great size!! Inside the room was very quiet which helped me get uninterrupted sleep :) The hotel has a small restaurant which serves simple dishes - soup, pizza, and pastas until 1am, in case you need food late at night. It also has a nice little bar. The staff was warm and welcoming! Despite the general location being out at the airport, if you'd like to go for a walk, there is a park right across the Palexpo entrance with walking paths, volleyball, skateboarding, football, and play area for kids.

The breakfast was a bit bland for me but the pastries and coffee were really good.

Location was good and close to the airport, the room was comfortable, great bathroom amenities.

It was difficult to figure out how to enter the hotel from bus stop, and also how to find nearby bus stops to get into the city. There was no coffee machine in the room, and coffee downstairs was 4 CHF for a cup the size of an espresso shot, which was not good value for money. It would be nice to have a coffee machine in the room, or at least better portion size for buying coffee downstairs.

The exprience was MOSTLY EXTREMELY SATISFACTORY. MOST OF THE STAFF WERE COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. THE DOMESTIC STAFF WERE EXTREMELY ACCOMODATING. THERE WAS AN EXCELLENT VARIETY FOR BFAST. THE WATER IN THE ROOM WAS POTABLE.

The exprience was MOSTLY EXTREMELY SATISFACTORY. NO HOT MEALS AVAILABLE FOR LUNCH OR DINNER B/FAST CLOSED AT 10AM. NOT ENOUGH VARIETY AVAILABLE AT THE SNACK BAR. THERE WAS NO IN ROOM IRONING BOARD OR DRY CLEANING SERVICES OFFERED.

The hotel is very convenient for the airport, the station and the arena, all within 10-15 min walk. We were going to see Les Miserables at the arena, so we couldn't have chosen a better hotel. There's a handy snack bar that's open till 1am with pizza, pasta etc which we made full use of when we got back quite late from the show! Our day trip to Lucerne was easy from here too...I'd definitely come back!

Apart from no tea and coffee facilities in the room, everything was excellent.

The staff at the reception/breakfast were excellent and most helpful. Pleasant atmosphere. They had a basic menu that was fine if one needed food. Also an automatic dispenser with various items. Breakfast was generous with a very good variety of foods, even lactose free milk (3 sorts) and upon request gluten free bread.

The room was rather cold even though the temp regulator was on 20. I suspect the real temp was definitely lower, for reasons of green economy, etc. The humidity and ambient cold didn't help. Luckily, the shower had good hot water.
