Silent sleep despite the location just next to the airport. Ask for north facing room away from the road and the airport side, we had a view out onto greenery and no noise. Easy airport shuttle. Super comfy beds. Nice front desk staff. Location is in a kind of industrial shopping zone near a Mc Donalds and an Aldi supermarket. Walk less than 10 minutes to the direct tram to Geneva center. Hotel gives you free tram passes, that was super nice. We had a great stay. Evelyne at the reception desk was really nice and helpful.

Everything was nice and the price as well compared to other comfortable airport hotels

There was a communication error between Booking.com and the hotel, so no room was reserved in my name. I had to wait for half an hour in the lounge, but then I received a room upgrade from the very friendly manager. The room was spacious and clean. The airport transportation was well-organized with the shuttle and right on time. The breakfast exceeded expectations. The staff was very helpful with many useful tips to explore the city. I also received a card for free public transport. There was a group of men making quite some noise, but this was promptly addressed.

There was some noise disturbance from the airport, but it was manageable at night. Best bring earplugs

Clean. Well presented. Excellent free shuttle service which was easy to find at the airport and smooth. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Easy check in and paid on arrival. Restaurant had good selection for food which had great service and excellent taste! Room was clean and well presented. Good room service and cleaning staff if required. Would highly recommend, great location for easy travel around the city.

Bed was a little hard and uncomfortable (standard hotel bed I guess!) but if I could change one thing it would be that. No other grumbles! Prefect hotel in good location. Well priced.

What I liked most about NH Geneva Airport Hotel is the excellent personal service, the price-quality ratio and the location. In addition, the beautifull and proper rooms, the cleaning services, the extensive breakfast buffet, the friendliness and helpfulness of all the employees, - who also offered me extra services and even gifts - thank you very much! I would like to mention and thank Majdouline especially, - for her nice reception and hospitality. Thank you! Overall, I had a wonderful stay. It's the little things that matter! Merci beaucoup!

The staff were very welcoming and helpful .Joanna on the front desk welcomed me in a friendly professional manner and made sure I was aware of all the facilities at the hotel I had arrived 2 hours before normal check in time .I had lunch, dinner and breakfast.All were well presented and I wouldn't have any hesitation about recommending the restaurant.Its a shame it's an airport hotel.If it was in Lausanne they could charge a lot more 🙈😂

Had to go back to my room to get towels for the sauna .It's tight in there but it was quiet .After a week of hard ski touring it was a blessing !!

I appreciate the most i think, that the airport has the shuttle, that is going every 30 minutes to the airport and back to the hotel. From the airport is very convenient and if your business trip event is in Palexpo, it's fantastic option to be back to the hotel.

I maybe would suggest inform clients, that the shuttle should be ordered in advance to make sure you have the place in the peak hours in the morning. Otherwise the shuttle drivers are amazing persons, very friendly, kind and helpful.

Very comfy bed. Very clean. Plenty of space in the room, bathroom a good size. Good, warm shower. Friendly receptionists. Shuttle was on time. Like that the hotel name matches my initials -NH!

The cleaners were talking loudly with each other from 8am, also some dragging of furniture around different rooms (I guess to clean) at times people would be asleep. Stayed two nights and applied to both. Re sound & other reviews I read -the planes were not noticeable for my courtyard-facing room (only a background sound if you concentrate to hear them but I soon didn't notice them), the guests were fine re corridor noise and didn't hear doors banging as some reviews said, the cleaners need to be more quiet though! Room decor was fine but could have been a bit more interesting -maybe add an interesting picture to the room, etc. Veggie burger at dinner was junk food really, unimpressive, but the Bass fish was good.

The tram stop direct into Geneva city was very close to the hotel, and McDonalds was next door, also the Botanic Gardens. The restaurant was fantastic, but very limited options for kids. Room Service was lovely, and the staff were patient and friendly. Would stay here again definitely. Free airport shuttle that you can book on way to airport (runs every 30mins to the hotel). The rooms were spacious and I chose a room overlooking the gardens.

The doors on the room did require a firm push to close, and this sound did seem to wake me up during the night of people slamming their doors. Also, this isn't the hotels fault, but people leaving early in the morning to catch flights at the airport or whatever, were so noisy in the hallways. The sound seemed to come in straight under the door.

Super friendly and helpful reception staff, and no issues with checking-in a couple of hours early. Free transfer to and from the airport, though we didn’t make use of this facility. Great location only a few hundred meters from the nearest tram stop to get directly into town, and visit the HLC, and next-door to a small supermarket. Nice clean and comfortable room, and continental style breakfast was exceptional. All round great value and also a nice little park behind the hotel to have a wander. Would certainly come back.

We were a group of three colleagues visiting CERN, the hotel was reasonably close and had parking available. Otherwise the location would not be interesting. The corridor was quiet, the rooms spacious enough, offering a complimentary bottle of water. Clean. Breakfast was good, continental with a variety of choices.

Located directly at the border of the airport, so you have to expect planes to fly around, but no problem at all. If you want to walk around looking for a restaurant or pub, it's rather challenging. Yet, this you know beforehand and it is an "Airport Hotel".
