Brand new, basic facility hotel very close to the airport with a shuttle bus, although shuttle bus only runs certain hours so we had to get a cab.

The hotel is fresh, trendy, comfortable, and clean. The beds are comfy, and the shower rooms are wonderful. It is the perfect airport hotel Pitstop being less than 10 mins from the airport. It is also ideal for a longer stay being a five minute walk to the tram stop. The tram 14 or 18 will take you into central Geneva. The staff are friendly and work well in busier check-in times. There is a rooftop terrace overlooking the city with distant views of Mont Blanc on a clear day. The rooms smell very fresh as you walk in.

The only food available is a breakfast in the morning and after that the only choice of food is four very tasty pizzas and bar snacks. There is a vending machine, too. It does mean that finding a filling meal is a saga after a long day travelling. Delivery is an option, I guess. No tea/ coffee facilities in the room.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights with my husband and we really enjoyed it. We had picked up and dropped off at the airport, was -very convenient. The room was very nice and clean, we had a service every day with clean towels. The bed was comfortable to sleep in, very quiet despite the hotel being 10 minutes way from the airport. We had a free pass for the public transport for the time where was great, just 10 minutes from the centre. The breakfast was outstanding, including the gluten free option. All the people at the reception were very helpful and polite. Very nice place to stay, good value for money, I definitely going to recommend it to my friends.

Really nice stay to save some money while visiting Geneva. The tram is a 5 minute walk from the hotel and can get you into the old town or CERN directly. There are also grocery stores within a 5 minute walk and a microwave in the lobby. Everything was clean and new.

Heater in the room could have been a bit warmer.

I was totally satisfied with my stay. The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of choices, and the rooms were cleaned daily, always very clean. The WiFi worked well. The location was very convenient, close to the bus stop for the airport and the tram stop to the city centre. I also liked the TV option where you can share and watch your own Netflix or YouTube content, which was a nice bonus.

Poor in-room inventory. There was no kettle or fridge, for longer stays it would be good to have those in room. If those had been available, I would definitely have rated the stay a perfect 10.

I had a really comfortable stay. The hotel offers free public transport passes for guests, which made getting around super easy. There’s also a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport—just a short 15-minute ride away. The shower had excellent water pressure, which was a nice touch after a long day. Overall, very convenient and guest-friendly!

However, there were a couple of small drawbacks. There were no house slippers provided, and only one chair was available in the room, which made it less comfortable for two people. Still, the overall experience was positive thanks to the convenient location and thoughtful perks.

The concept, location with good connecrion. Quality of everything what was offered for breakfast is excellent even though with not so much variety, but all you expected to have is there, enjoyed in it. Coffee and juices - the best. The staff is exceptionalky kind, and if you miss something they will provide you with. Nice neighbourhood even it is closer to the airport than to the city, but alltogether you are within 18min at Cornavin. Four markets nearby and one mall one station away.

Not enough hanger for clothes, only 4 so I saw it on photoes and bring with me a few more, since I was there for conference for 10 days. The room is good for one person for longer stay. The bathroom.is midern but would be nice to have some shelves for necessities, as well as small towels.for one The bathroom was ckeaned every thay, but didn noticed that the floors in the room was ckeaned so often. Also, i think that sheets gave t been changed dyring my stay if 11 nughts. I am not bothered with that, but I noticed that due to the one stain I made on the third day on the pillow, and it stayed there untill the end of my stay. If I have asked the receotion it will be certainly changed, as well as you can ask for the extra towels, iron an ironing pad at reception.

If I could give more than 10 points I would. Hotel itself is new. Inside everything is neat, clean and minimalistic. Room design is very simple, just white walls and a bit of art. What is crucial - the bed is simply amazing, very comfortable. Shower had a perfect water pressure and the bathroom itself was well isolated from the rest of the room. They give you a free ticket for public transport, so you can travel for free around the area. It takes you ~10 minutes by tram to get to the city center and the station is around the corner. Grocery store is 50 steps away.

Honestly, for this price there was literally nothing that I didn't like. May be the fact that grocery store next door only works till 19:00.

Easy to get to. Free shuttle bus to and from Airport early morning and late at night. Staff fabulous. All staff friendly and helpful but the General manager Jorge who was working that night, as was valentines and busy, was friendly, chatty, professional and went a mile further to make us feel very welcome. Bar tariffs okay and seats comfortable. Room was not large but not an issue. Exceptionally clean 10/10. Beds comfy. Despite being near roads did not hear a sound all night. Breakfast was American style buffet with eggs bacon and also continental if wanted. 30€ for two people (about £25) and worth it food very good. All in all we would highly recommend this hotel for a stopover or longer periods (we stayed one night then went onwards skiing). Would definitely use this hotel next year.

Wonderful stay from beginning to end, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, comfortable and quiet rooms with air-conditioning. Great pluses are the free shuttlebus to and from the airport, free public transport card and the possibility to buy some drinks and snacks directly in the lobby. Easy access with one tram to the city center or to the other end to CERN. Strategic location for exploring all the city! Not a single complaint from our side, great place!
