The hotel is in an excellent location, connected to all parts of the city - it is a 10-15 minute bus ride from the airport (bus number 28), which stops 100 meters from the hotel, and in front of the hotel, there is a tram station with two lines, number 14 and 18, both of which take you to the city centre (around a 15-20 minute ride). There is a pharmacy and a shop near the hotel - enough to supply you with everything you need. I stayed in a studio that had everything I needed for a stay of almost a week. Excellent, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and an excellent price-quality ratio. I highly recommend it.

My husband and I stayed in the hotel for 1.5 months while finding our new apartment in Geneva. It felt like home. We had a one-room apartment which was spacious, providing enough room for rest and work and eat. The well equipped kitchenette was a jewel. We liked buying food to cook in the apartment and that saved a lot of money as going out for meals in Geneva is very expensive. I also liked the washer/dryer inside our room as we could wash our clothes any time as we liked instead of wasting our rest time lining up in communal laundry. The gym and sauna are also great. Replenishment of room supplies (e.g. coffee capsules, washing tablets, etc) was very efficient. All in all, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay!

There was a little problem with the room key cards at the first few days of our stay, but was fixed afterwards and did not happen again.

The location, short walking distance for bus and tram. Free bus number 28 from and to airport. Free tram service to and from city. Free yellow color boat visiting. There are grocery shops, pharmacy and others shop within walking distance from Adina apartment. Just beware their closing time at 6 pm or 7 pm, and normally they are off on Sunday, European Countries !!! Adina didn't provide daily cleaning, is not a big issue because you still can request for new towel, toilet paper and others, and pack properly your rubbish, give it to them.

Breakfast, every day is the same stuffs !!! Apartment is furnish with kitchen, you can cook or prepare yourself the breakfast.

The place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with a fresh and modern feel. The entire staff was outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and professional. While the location is convenient for its proximity to the airport, it is somewhat far from the city center. My gratitude goes to the entire team, with a special thanks to the courteous and kind Rashid.

The issues I faced were primarily related to poor mobile network reception, which was almost nonexistent for the following providers: Swisscom, Sunrise, and Salt, even though I stayed on the upper floors. While the hotel does offer a Wi-Fi network with good coverage, it is unsecured, which made me choose not to use it, as open Wi-Fi networks are not safe at all.

Absolutely amazing accommodation. Large spacious apartment with kitchen, living room and bathroom. There is everything: dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer. Cleaning every 3 days, but if you want you can have free cleaning every day. There is also a spa and fitness centre. Very friendly staff and complete peace and quiet. It's like home.

The only thing that bothered us a bit was the inability to open the windows in the first floor apartment. But I guess it's possible on the upper floors. Fresh air is important to us and we prefer it to air conditioning. However, we understand that this is probably for safety reasons.

This apartment hotel was amazing! The facilities were spotless and the staff were so helpful! We stayed in a studio and it was set up so well. There was a good amount of storage, a very comfy bed and a banquette with a table for sitting and eating. Both sides of the bed had usb ports plus outlets. The kitchenette had everything you could possibly need including a dishwasher and washing machine. Lastly the bathroom was very spacious and had a great shower. The location is slightly outside the city center but the trams are right there and a transportation pass is included. Restaurants and grocery stores were in the same complex as the hotel.

The hotel staff were very friendly and responsive. There is a small 24 hour fitness center, the studio came with a washing machine, refrigerator and even a small dishwasher. No microwave but that’s fine. It was nice that they even give you small packets of laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets, which was super convenient. I loved the view (10th floor) and it was very quiet. Beds were so comfortable.

The location is very close to the airport but a bit difficult to get around. I went to Geneva for work and the commute was horrible, and no easy connections. I wish there were a little more variety to the machines at the fitness center. I stayed for a week and sometimes the cleaning crew didn’t give me fresh towels but maybe that’s because I was staying longer.

the staff were friendly helpful, the size of the room was good, lobby area was good and car park available in the hotel but its not free to the guest the facility in the room is good for family, with kids, very close to city centre ( 10 min ) and very close to airport ( 15min ) there is a big supermarket next to the hotel ( Liddle supermarket )which was behind the hotel and it is only 5 min walk from the hotel and reasonable price

car park not free to the guest although its huge car park and it is almost empty, so i think it should be free to the guest as the rent for the room was higher than other hotel

The bed is very comfortable. There is a kitchenette with stove top, oven, dish washer, refrigirator and washing machine. The receptionist is courteous and very accommodating. Location is less than 30 mins away from city center but very near airport. Bus stop to the airport is just around the corner of the building.

The response to my messages on booking.com took more than a day to reply. Maybe better to call them directly for any concern. Also I wish they would have emailed ahead the free transportation voucher for tourists so we could have used it going to the apartment/hotel.

Everything was lovely, the staff at check in were exceptionally friendly, the room was super comfortable and well equipped and the shower was hot and powerful. The kitchenette is super with an oven, mini-hob top, dishwasher, and washing machine, perfect if you want to dine in of an evening. The hotel location is very convenient, around a 30 minute walk from the city, and around 20 minutes to the airport, or if you prefer, a direct tram takes you to the city (included in your city taxes, reception will give you a pass at check in), or they will arrange a transfer to the airport for you. If Geneva is your destination, Adina is your accommodation!
