the room was very clean, however the signage and communication to where to catch the airport shuttle was very poor.

It was near to the airport. There was one – very patient – receptionist. She was extremely pleasant even when tested by some awkward guests. Unfortunately a queue formed and because she was on her own there was a wait that was a little too long after a whole day of travelling.

From the airport the driver of the navette knew who to befriend and help with luggage and then hung around for a tip. I think that everything in the hotel should work for each guest, for instance none of the USB ports worked on either side of the bed. These should be fixed.

The staff was lovely and friendly. Very much receptive. The hotel was excellent. Staff responded to requests or inquiries satisfactory. Hotel’s access to the airport and town was a bonus. Outside the hotel grounds has a beautiful flowery area. Image was good.

TV channels should cater for tourists though, tourists should adapt to local content. However, some people would love to watch sports, music channels. Additional channels on tv would greatly be appreciated. There should be an option for language change

Suite was fab! Great bathrooms, powerful and hot showers. The bed in the bedroom was super comfy. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the shuttle to and from the airport was an absolute bonus!

No bottom sheet or pillowcases supplied for the sofa bed, even though requested on booking. But this wasnt a major issue as we were only there one night before a flight and my friend just used my spare pillows from the main bed (we didnt realise until we were ready for bed) Had we stayed longer we would have asked again for them to be brought up to the room and I'm sure it would have been sorted out fine.

We booked this hotel for one night, prior to returning home via Geneva Airport the next morning. The hotel is just literally an easy 5 - 10 minute walk from the terminal, although the hotel offers a free shuttle service. Ideal if you have heavy luggage. The room/suite was spacious with a generous bathroom and a small kitchen area with coffee maker and microwave. The breakfast buffet was reasonable and certainly enough to get you off to a good start for the day. Staff were lovely and helpful, the public areas and bedroom were spotless. This would be our go to hotel if we were to return to Geneva as it is also only a 10 minute (free) rail journey (ticket supplied by hotel) to Geneva main rail station.

Everything was excellent.

Opposite airport and directly facing a Motorway. And no real noise despite an open window. Have seen 50+ airport hotels in my life, never seen one which is so close, gives sound sleep whilst being really low risk for making it to the airport in a second. Place is in mint condition, staff is nice and the e shuttle works - truly very 10 minutes. Shuttle is comfort, 12 minute walk to scanners possible, so no risk. For contrast, sleep in LHR (run down, noisy, staff ignores you and wait for „Hotel Hoppa“ at random times), CDG (all the before plus random shuttles), LCY (you can see the airport but not get there)

No option to grab a bite or get a glass after mid-night except going to the sister hotel Nash Airport (in contrast to Nash Airport Suites) next door (< 1 minutes, but not good when it rains). Not exactly a resort …

Cleanliness, very comfortable, timely airport shuttle, room was as described... exceeded our expectations for an airport hotel. Separate toilet & shower rooms gave ample space. Surprisingly quiet given the proximity to the airport. We would stay again.

The room lighting was too bright without an option to reduce the brightness (i.e. only use a floor lamp). Would've expected glassware and some kitchen accessories in a suite. Restaurant/bar in the suites hotel were closed and we had to walk outside to the other hotel to use their restaurant.

After Easyjet cancelling our flights, we had two days to spend in Geneva. The hotel was perfect for our needs and a lovely little Italian restaurant across the road was great for killing some time before our flight home. Loved the centre of Geneva, so felt like an extra 2 days to our holiday!

Slight confusion finding the hotel reception due to a few hotels with similar names, but minor issue and soon resolved. Led to believe that the hotel should have offered us a free pass to use the train/bus/boat. We bought a ticket at the airport but nobody checked it throughout the stay! Not sure how it works!

The stuff stood out for me, they were really nice and paid extra attention to me even when I asked them to take my pictures as I was on a solo trip and they were also available for 24 hours. The hotel is 9 minutes walk to the airport although you won’t really need to walk as the shuttle is always there every 10 minutes. They also provide a free transportation for public transport throughout your stay and the stop is about 6 minutes away.

I have nothing negative to say, it really was a good stay

The room was excellent. Calm and clean.

The fact that the hotel prizes change based on times and days. Also, I could not get enough help to get a new hotel when my last extra day could not be accomodeted. However, there was a lot of care and understanding in the entire scenario. Let me mention the great services provided by the best staff you have, Khalid. He was so helpful in the end when I came in at night and needed to take care if my situation after whole day meeting. Khalid was very professional, welcoming, and empathetic. Great staff! Also I won't fault to mention, I think, brien, who also was helpful.
