We booked a family suite- nice to have a little more space and two bathrooms! Also had a microwave and fridge but only paper cups. Lovely fluffy towels, shower room and bath in second bathroom, excellent soundproofing and air conditioning so had a good nights sleep. The travel pass is a bonus and the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Stored our luggage for the day while we explored Geneva.

Spotlessly clean but had an unpleasant smell - not sure if it was from previous guests food or the room. The advertised relaxation room is just two sun loungers- it didn’t change our experience but don’t get excited about the spa facilities!

Wow. Where to start. Location, cost and room standard were perfect. We booked a family room and was bowled over by what I was greeted with. Was able to communicate with the hotel in the lead up to the trip and was shocked to find my room ready when I turned up at midday. The room was enormous. Two bathrooms and two separate spaces that allowed us to be together and give us our own space at the same time. We booked as it was close to the airport but would use it again if I was visiting Geneva or the surrounding areas. Transport links are phenomenal and the Free Geneva Pass given by the hotel allow you to travel very easily and free.

Nothing to write here. Can't comment on breakfast as we left before it started.

We were given a top floor Penthouse style room which was enormous and had every conceivable extra with a double balcony overlooking Geneva and the airport and the staff and hotel were fantastic in every respect

Nothing major at all but although the facilities etc (e.g. the hotel stay included full free use of public transport into Geneva centre incl watertaxis) were mentioned in the email detail from Booking.com, we didnt spot it so didnt leave enough time to take full advantage so perhaps these details could be made more obvious as this is a big plus to the hotel stay

Nash Suites Airport Hotel is perfect for airport accommodations as well as a trip to Geneva. I have stayed here 3 times during the past 9 months. Twice we stayed in order to catch an early flight, but since we liked it so much, on our latest trip to Geneva, we stayed there rather than the Old Town area. The free transportation pass allows you to take a bus anywhere in Geneva in about 10-15 minutes. So, we saved a fortune by staying at Nash for our Geneva trip. In addition, when we used the train or rented a car at the airport we just used the shuttle to go back and forth from the hotel to the airport, the airport train station, and the car rental desk - free of charge and very reliable. I have also booked Nash for my daughter and her friends about 10 times during the past nine months. She was studying at a university in Vevey and would book flights out very early on Friday mornings to travel around Europe on the weekends. They needed to stay close to the airport as the train would not get them there in time from Vevey. EVERY time the shuttle ran on schedule and early. They start as early as 4 am. Every time we have used the shuttle it is on time, and the driver is courteous and helpful. On one occasion, a friend used a nearby hotel to save $12 and ended up walking 30 minutes in the dark to the airport because the other hotel's shuttle didn't run early enough. Regarding the rooms, every time they have been immaculate, extremely quiet, and very nice. The check-in time is very early (12 noon) and check-out is late (12 noon) so sleep can be prioritized. I have stayed at over 200 hotels and apartments and by far this is the best value. It was safe and I felt very comfortable booking it for my teenaged daughter and her friends.

Nothing- Perfect. Thank you, Fattah, for your help on our last stay. And, please thank the shuttle driver who was driving on 4/26 around 1400 hours- he went above and beyond helping us with four large suitcases.

the room was very clean, however the signage and communication to where to catch the airport shuttle was very poor.

We like everything the room was well equipped with everything, fridge microwave, coffee machine, we lot the design inside the hotel very modern, location close to the airport. Bus pass is free from the hotel, bus stop block away! Ride the bus for free everywhere. Very clean! The breakfast buffet expensive $24 Franks per person! Overall we loved it. Price for food and other things are much more spendy. Depending from which country you’re coming from as we’re from the US our exchange currency are lower!

Came in by train to airport, hotel free shuttle took me to hotel. I had booked the last room on offer and was delighted to be given a free upgrade to my usual booking with balcony. Excellent breakfast, accommodated my request for checkout deferred to 1PM due to plane times. Free shuttle to airport. Rooms are spacious and clean.

I could have arrived earlier and had more time to enjoy hotel. Seriously the only problem with this hotel is it is popular so hard to get into when you have a changing schedule and cannot book early

Pretty well equipped hotel (for the money) a short walk from the airport. At the time of writing they were also providing a free airport shuttle, which was very useful in case one has lots of luggage.

As the weather was really hot, the inside of the hotel was uncomfortably hot as well. The situation was better inside our room, but we would have wanted to turn the AC to even colder setting (the cooling setting was already maxed out). It was a bit difficult to relax and fall asleep as we prefer to sleep in cool environment.

It was near to the airport. There was one – very patient – receptionist. She was extremely pleasant even when tested by some awkward guests. Unfortunately a queue formed and because she was on her own there was a wait that was a little too long after a whole day of travelling.

From the airport the driver of the navette knew who to befriend and help with luggage and then hung around for a tip. I think that everything in the hotel should work for each guest, for instance none of the USB ports worked on either side of the bed. These should be fixed.

The staff was lovely and friendly. Very much receptive. The hotel was excellent. Staff responded to requests or inquiries satisfactory. Hotel’s access to the airport and town was a bonus. Outside the hotel grounds has a beautiful flowery area. Image was good.

TV channels should cater for tourists though, tourists should adapt to local content. However, some people would love to watch sports, music channels. Additional channels on tv would greatly be appreciated. There should be an option for language change
