Proximity to village and the water. Food was lovely.

We had a lake view from our room but couldn't see the lake due to the height of the trees. It would be lovely if the trees were trimmed so we could enjoy the view more. Breakfast service was poor on our first morning as the restaurant was closed that evening so we assume the staff had the day off. Nothing was being refilled, such as orange juice etc. The next morning was fully staffed and the breakfast was good. Some cooked options would have been nice such as pancakes, or egg and bacon for instance.

The hotel is wonderful! We had a balcony with a view of the marina and felt we were in heaven. The staff were very open and helpful.

The only thing that was a slight disadvantage was a noise that started up in the evening that couldn't be located. It didn't stop us sleeping or anything but was present. The staff were responsive when we mentioned it.

Lake view from my room, very spacious and quiet. Plenty of things to do and friendly staff. Clean room. Dressing gown and slippers provided.

Carpets looked tired in reception. I felt sad at the huge waste of water in the enormous bath. There was no way to have a shower. In the old village of Yvoire the water pumps are all turned off to conserve water so it seemed like a crime to let all the water in the bath go to waste. Please replace the bathtub with a shower. The heavy bathrobe could maybe just supplied in winter.

Breakfast was very good, and Mariann in the reception was very welcoming! Great parking facility, too. And enjoyed having coffee on the veranda with a great view of the harbour.

Yvoire is well worth a visit and the location of the hotel is perfect. Right on the lake front and access to unload your luggage is good.The staff were fantastic and did all they could to make our stay enjoyable. They deserve praise.

The hotel is perhaps recovering from COVID challenges. Needs some maintenance and cleaning in some areas. The trees in front have not been pruned for some time and so our “lake view “ was mainly blocked, which meant using the small verandah was not as pleasurable as it should have been.

Everything.Our room was overlooking the lake .Everyone was very friendly .We had wonderful lunch and breakfast .

I have no complaints

The hotel was excellent and we would go back in a heartbeat.

I guess the lack of breakfast options. However great baker just around the corner.

The staff was amazing!! They were so friendly and willing and able to help with anything we needed. They were an absolute pleasure! The setting of the hotel was phenomenal as well. It is right on the lake with a beautiful and tranquil view.

Minor things. The in-tub shower holding hook was at 1mt high. Maybe for dwarfs... Breakfast could have been better
