Great location and near to public transport. Hotel clean and rooms adequate for a couple of days stay. Near to airport and can use No 10 bus. It stops more or less outside the hotel. Restaurant/bar staff very pleasant and welcoming. I was pleased to receive free public transport pass whilst you stay in Geneva. You can use this on buses, trams, water taxis and trains within zone 10.

Reception staff not very helpful and un-informative. Do not give you any information when you arrive about breakfast times or when the bar is open or shut. Please be aware that it shuts at the weekend, so no facilities during this time. Which to me is a bit strange! No hairdryers in the room, although you can be put on a list to use one. I did this and never heard anything back after three days. The breakfast wasn't worth 14CHF per person. Not much variety and mostly cold continental breakfast, could do with more hot stuff maybe weetabix and porridge especially when it is cold weather. Toaster takes forever.

Great location. Just 10 mins busy ride from airport. It’s also 20-25mims to main attractions of Geneva. Tram, bus stations are just 2-3 min walk. The property has only 17 CHF per person breakfast buffet worth every penny.

Clean accommodation which has very good access to public transport. The bus stops outside the hotel take you directly to the airport in about 10 minutes as well as directly to the centre in about 20 minutes. The hotel provides a qr code which they refer to as a bus card which gives you free public transport travel. The buses are reliable and are every 10 minutes on weekdays and every 20 minuted on Sundays. There’s a shopping centre across the road which you can get food from until late. Including some cheaper options like McDonald’s. A great place to spend time if it’s raining. There is an option to store your luggage in a secure room. The staff are very friendly and helpful and speak a good level of English. (For British People) Because they drive on the opposite side of the road, remember to make sure you catch the bus from the correct side and look to the direction of traffic for the bus to stick out hand, as looking the wrong way out of habit is something that we did even after being warned about it from the receptionist ;). The hotel has reliable WiFi. Great cheaper options which still allows you to make the most of a stay in Geneva.

It was just a 10-15 minute walk away from the venue for a conference that I was attending and not far from Geneva airport either. Public transport was nearby and frequent, too, which helped with exploring the city. Breakfast worked, and the room was sufficiently spacious for my needs. Value for money was good too, an added bonus.

Nothing major, though I did have to ask for a city transport card and the floor needed dusting under the bed. That these were minor things says much about my experience.

Although the hotel is located a bit outside Geneva city center, getting around is really easy and convenient. Three days before your trip, you receive an email allowing you to use public transportation in Geneva for free. After filling out the required information via the link in the email, you receive a special QR code. This code lets you travel from the airport to the hotel free of charge, and you can also use all public transport in the city with it. So, getting around the city is never a problem. The room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was also quite clean. The reception staff were warm and helpful; their welcoming attitude immediately made us feel at home. The hotel is located in a quiet and safe area, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, there’s a large shopping center right next to the hotel, making it easy to take care of any needs.

This is definitely a budget hotel. The rooms were small, but comfortable for 1-2 people. The beds were comfortable. It is close to the airport (10 minutes on city bus) and right across the street from a bus stop and a mall with a grocery story. Paid extra for the breakfast, which was exceptional and provided a great way to start the day. Water pressure in the showers was amazing. The staff is friendly, helpful, and goes out of their way to welcome international guests.

You can't control the temperature in each room or open the window, so the room often felt a bit to warm. There is a comforter on the bed, but not a top sheet, meaning limited option for covering up.

Very good location, bus station across the street. Airport and shopping mall nearby. Fast check in and check out. Confy beds. The option to leave luggage after check out if you have a late flight was really handy. Very nice choice if you plan to spend the day touristing.

Not able to set room temperature, it was a bit hot at some periods. Soap provided for shower and hands was very poor quality, bring your own shampoo, conditioner and soap or buy some at the mall. There was a bad smell in the corridors, possibly coming from the carpets, but it didn't reached the room.

Staff were very helpful, particularly the night teller. I’d arrived late in the evening in an emergency situation, hadn’t eaten, he took me to a nearby snack bar as the hotel’s own restaurant was closed. Very kind and much appreciated. In the morning a free token was provided to catch a nearby bus to the airport. Breakfast was good value with a reasonable choice on offer. The hotel was squeaky clean, immaculate. The rooms are basic but perfectly clean and enjoyable with a good mattress. Overall a highly recommended budget option near the airport.

No evening snack bar, just having an array of sandwiches for purchase (As the neighbour]ing hotel does) would be a big plus.

Immediate confirmation of reservations is crucial, especially for travelers new to Geneva, to ensure a smooth arrival experience. I had to visit the hotel to verify if my booking was valid, which caused unnecessary inconvenience. A more efficient system, such as automated email or text confirmations with clear details, would greatly improve the process for guests.

Hotel is really value for money, Neat and clean rooms with Excellent Breakfast. Located near airport / away from city centre however well connected with city centre with good local transportation.

Recent experience is that Booking.com is asking us to pay everything before start of trip / reaching Hotel. No option other than paying by credit card / debit card and loosing huge money on tax / currency exchange. Better to restore the system by providing option to pay @ Hotel with all possible mode (including currency). Still we are happy to provide credit card details to recover dues if any. Please study and revert.
