This hotel boasts a beautiful aesthetic. Its modern clean decor was very inviting. The room had ample space and was very roomy. Plenty of space to move around, and ample seating (love seat, nice sized bench at the foot of the bed, and chair beside a desk). The bathroom had ample space as well. Great security as you need your key card to get to your floor. And the rooms were sound proof. I never heard any other guests. This hotel had great temperature control. One the few places that had great air conditioning. Most places I visited during the summer were cooler than being outside but still warm. Not Geneva Marriott..they had the BEST air conditioning. Even better than grocers and places like IKEA. The hotel provided high quality food services that were prepared by professional chefs. The food was delicious and high quality. If you are unable to get for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the hotel provides a high quality meal option (for additional pay). The hotel offers great transportation options. There is a free airport shuttle to and from. The hotel can help you secure a taxi. The hotel also offers a free public transportation card to ride trams, buses, an water in taxi in Geneva.

The airport shuttle location was not clear so I took the bus to get to the hotel. I had to ask for the transportation pass it was not offered. I only knew about it based on reviews. The meals were pricey. Breakfast was 30 CHF per person per day.

The hotel is nice and the staff give great service. There is a tram outside the front of the hotel which goes into the city centre and a free pass is provided by the hotel. The rooms were big and very comfortable

My room was hot in the night and transpires that air conditioning is illegal and the air cooler didn't work when the window was open but not sure why the room was so hot with the window open. I also found Geneva in general very expensive which was also reflected in the prices for room service

Nice new modern hotel near airport, on the tramway line beween the GV center and CERN. We had a really large room on the 11th floor, although the view was nothing special (another hotel across the street). The room was really BIG, bathroom too. The shower system is the best and easiest I have ever seen, while the lighting is ... too complicated with lots of options ;) Incredibly good sound insulation: it is really loud outside with the planes, cars, tram but really quiet with the window closed. We were pretty much below the rooftop bar but heard no nuisance. The breakfast option is huge, very large buffet and lots of seating space. There is a pervasive subtle nice smell all over the place, very nice. WIth the heat wave that week-end, the cool inside was a relief. All in all, a good place to be while in Gv, from where it is easy to go ... anywhere. We had a travel pass from the hotel, very useful (public transport is virtually free it seems in Gv - no control and free entry into buses etc - but still, the transport card is a nice touch).

If anything, there was a small recurring bad smell in the bathroom, like sewage. Not annoying but a bit sup-par considering the rest of te experience. Also, the parking is expensive: they might as well merge this in the price for guests to give a better impression. But these are minor gripes. I would return, because staying in GV seems to be really hectic and noisy. It seems public roads are a racetrack for all these noisy big cars ;)

The property was lovely. It is located very near a direct bus line into town and at check in, we were provided with a transportation ticket that allowed us to ride the bus for free. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was a delight: spacious shower with all the fixings 😂 However, what I like most about the property was the staff. They were incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I felt like a friend who had just returned home from a long journey.

i rated location high bec. we were transiting to zh, being near the airport with free shuttle was perfect. it's also near the trams so a 25 min ride to the city was perfect. two standouts were the staff, one was Adele, she was the perfect ambasador to the hotel, very helpful, shared a lot of what we needed, engaging and you felt genuinely taken care of. and Mikhail, he is an angel! he was engaging and he showed real concern for my reduced mobility from a pulled muscle. he went out of his way to help move my luggage from the Marriott shuttle bus to the airport. nothing really. everyone was great! even the lady who was a bit curt at the reception when i asked for extended paid check out was efficient.

Location of the hotel was good I would like to come again

They did not return my deposit until now and charge me more for parking then. They returned it back after I paid four days later but deposit still hold by my bank in my card please release it Breakfast was not as I expected too much low than other hotels visited in my trip

Extremely clean and efficient (and reliable) American-style hotel. Right at the airport (with regular free transfer bus). Ideal for our transit through Geneva. Extremely helpful staff (Thank you) !

The coffee in the room was typical of American hotels - we are probably just spoilt with the awesome coffee available in other 5 star hotels (eg a Miele coffee machine with fresh beans, or a Lavazza pod machine). The "soul" of the hotel is "perfect American" (so no geneva flavour at all).

Beautiful, brand new, modern - updated and spotless facility -- rooms are spacious and immaculate. Large bathroom - also immaculate. Free shuttle every 20 minutes to the airport.

I would have given this facility a 10 -- but they skimped on small things like water -- no water in the rooms -- they leave bottles in the room to be filled by the guests -- water at the end of the hall. Also -- only 1 coffee creamer -- - and nothing in the mini bar. The restaurant is very good, but expensive for what you get.

Abrasive for a hotel near the airport. The gym was kept so clean. I was really impressed by the woman that maintained it. One of the best gyms I have used.

They should have a coffee shop or free coffee in the lobby besides the machine in the room. You only have the option of getting coffee from the restaurant.

The receptionists staff (some of them) are not treated The reception staff did not treat me well Also the checkout was not finalised quickly And disrespecting the role, they replied to those behind us or near me, and stoped to complete my checkout . They should be asked them to wait and not disturb us The deposit is not returned till today The checkout was on Monday 11 Sep and the receptionist informed me it will be returned today or tomorrow.
