Fantastic little apartment in the heart of Annecy. We enjoyed staying here, we particularly loved the outdoor terrace and the good kitchen facilities. Great communication throughout.

The location is fantastic although can be a little noisy over night.

It is convenient to get to/from the train station or airport by transport. It is convenient to get to the center. The room is comfortable. The staff helps if there are requests, but does not take the initiative. We received a public transport pass without any problems before check-out, but it was not offered upon check-in.

We were in the hotel in August, when it was very hot in Geneva (33-35 C). There was only a very warm blanket in the room. The climate control system worked only as ventilation. It was very hot to sleep at night. There was no way to change the blanket. If you arrive with suitcases or a stroller, please note that you will have to lift them manually up the stairs to the basement; there is no possibility to roll them.

The staff ( Andre, Eric, Tereza and Anass) were very attentive and always willing to go the extra mile in terms of meeting one's needs. All were welcoming and had excellent customer care skills. The location of the hotel is very convenient with a bus stop close by and also a short walk to the tram where you can catch the number 14 or 18 trams to the main railway station. The cleanliness of the hotel was also good as was the breakfast.

Everything was very good - the staff,the location, the cleanliness, as well as proximity to public transport. If I return to Geneva again, I will definitely stay at the Geneva Hotel

CHECK IN: A young lady who made very effort to welcome my partner and I at the hotel by helping us place our bikes and bike luggage into storage well before check-in time at 11am. She printed the tramway times as well as a free public transport travel pass for the day.

CHECK OUT: A guy who spent the whole time on his mobile (with a friend or family?) while we checked out. He only briefly removed his mobile from his ear to accept our key card and to say thank you — no questions asked. Then, as we we finally left, I had to actually appraoach the counter to say goodbye. In my opinion not a good way to see off your paying clients.

You can often find good rates here even during peak summer season in Geneva, which makes it a smart choice. The room was clean, and everything was as expected. It’s a practical, modern enough place for a short stay. There’s even a small garden next to the hotel, which is a nice extra.

Parking is tricky - limited spaces and you need to book in advance. The hotel is on a busy street, so if you open the window, you really feel like you’re in the middle of the city, especially on weekend nights. Breakfast was very basic, more like Ibis style than what you’d hope for in a 4-star hotel. Feels more like 3-star plus, and that would be fair.

Bus and Tram routes close to hotel, used as a base to explore Geneva. On checking in we were sent our transport cards via e-mail to allow us to use the public transport (zone 10) for free. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfy beds!

Tea and coffee facilities were provided but no milk. I purchased some milk and kept this in the fridge to use. Not really an issue, but as I am from the UK tea is a priority! Before arriving had a scam What's App message about payment being declined, which looked legitimate as it contained specific booking information. I called the hotel and was advised to ignore the message and report as spam, they were aware of an issue with bookings via booking.com. I didn't receive an e-mail or message from the hotel to say how my booking data was obtained or any information advising to ignore the message. If I hadn't had called, I wouldn't have known to ignore.

The hotel room was very large and we had plenty of space to spread out. There was also a mini fridge in the room and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and it was great that a Geneva travel pass was provided for free to get around the city and to/from the airport.

In Geneva there is a rule that the AC cannot come on until it reaches a certain temperature and even then they are only able to cool down the rooms by 5 degrees at most. It was a little warm in the room so we hoped to open the windows but there were many mosquitoes that then came into the room. The staff was able to help us out with providing a fan which helped cool the room down.

The hotel was located between a tram stop with three different routes and a bus stop, so was very easy to reach places in the city quickly. When we arrived we were given a free travel pass for the days we stayed to use on all modes of transport. This was unexpected and excellent! The staff were friendly and courteous. The late checkout was a real bonus as we could explore the city before checkout. The room (family suite floor 6) was spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed.

Everything was perfect. We will definitely stay here if we visit Geneva again!

Everything about the room and the stay were great. The bed was really comfy, with an extra pillow provided. Had the best sleep of my trip. The blackout curtains were effective and even silenced the street noise. There were lots of electrical outlets in convenient places for charging devices. There was a fridge and pitcher for cold water. The bathroom was modern and very nice with a heated mirror and high quality hair dryer. The booking even came with city transit passes which came in really handy. The room came with a key for each guest which was a first for our Switzerland trip. And somehow this hotel was both the best and cheapest of our trip. Just fantastic

The WiFi was slow and not secured. I don’t love bar soap. And the fridge was slow to chill things. That’s about it, that’s all I can nitpick

The triple room was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel is providing you for free with public transportation ticket including the boat lines M1, 2, 3 and 4. This makes your journey inyo the city center very easy. But you have to explicitly ask for the tickets at the reception. Otherwise the front officers are not offering tickets. Parking is offered for 45 CHF overnight.

There was a problem with the sink in the bathroom. It was plugged and dirty water was pouring below the sink.
