Good location. For me, being a bit outside the city center means it's a lot quieter. Nearby Aldi and other places to grab a snack. Several local restaurants. Nearby park and 1km walk to UN. Breakfast was good, staff friendly, hotel and room clean. Room temperature was reasonable and there were exterior blinds that would provide full blackout when lowered. Second time there and had an excellent experience. About 1/2km from train station on a gentle incline

The lower part of the bathroom tiles needs a really GOOD cleaning. A fair amount of pink soap 'growth' along the grout of the tiles. Not a health hazard, just needs addressing

In a nutshell, the staff are supportive and friendly. The room is nice. And the location is very good. More details for the location: 1. there's a bus station (line 8) in front of the hotel already, which can take you from/to the central station (Geneva station) in 3 minutes, and to Lake Geneva in 5 minutes. 2. Also, it's a walkable distance. In 8-10 minutes maximum, you can get to the central station, 12-15 minutes, you can reach Lake Geneva and Mont Blanc garden. 3. To go to the airport, even to walk to Geneva station or take Bus 8, then the train will drop you in 7 minutes at the airport. Or, if you are late to your flight, it's only 7 minutes by taxi or Uber to reach the terminal from the hotel. 4. When I was in Geneva, there was a festival, so the bus was so disrupted. Line 8 wasn't seen most of the time, but walking was easy.

If you missed buying yourself a bottle of water from the supermarket, you will pay around 5 times to get it from the hotel. But this normally happens in all the hotels.

This is yet another ibis, a reliably clean, quiet, comfortable hotel. The elevator was big and we were allowed and even encouraged to store our bikes in our room.

The check-in procedure was frustrating. We arrived at 2:50pm and were told you can’t check in until the check-time of 3pm. While waiting, a bunch of people arrived near 2:59 PM and created a queue. We didn’t get checked until 3:15, which was an annoying waste of our time. Frankly, it’s stupid to make everyone wait 3 PM when many or most of the rooms are ready before then. In addition, the hotel had emailed a registration form to be filled out the night before. Despite completing this form, the check-in procedure was tedious and slow.

The staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful! It was my husband’s birthday, and they surprised him with a voucher for a complimentary drink at the bar. Later, while we were relaxing in the lobby, they came by to sing him happy birthday and even brought a small cake. Such a lovely gesture!

Before our arrival, I was informed that parking spots couldn’t be reserved in advance. Unfortunately, there were no available spots when we got there, so we opted for street parking instead. It wasn’t too difficult for our one-night stay, but I can see this being a bit tricky for longer visits.

Clean and tidy, worked well for the airport. Staff great. Only stayed one night and most of my time was in Geneva, then back to hotel, slept and early start for airport.

Car park cost is high. Car park height limited to 2metres, to low for my van. Communication over booking.com was difficult, once booked i received numerous messages saying i needed to confirm my booking. I happened to be in Geneva the week before, so i drove round to the hotel on my way back to Chatel and checked my booking had been confirmed. I shouldn't have to drive to hotel and check and i shouldn't have received these messages telling me i needed to confirm my booking or it would be cancelled!!

The location of the hotel is very close to the central station. Breakfast was good and the room was superb. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Especially the girl who was at the reception when we checked in (18th of July in the evening around 4 pm) was very friendly and helpful. She explained to us everything and the check-in process was very smooth. The public transportation within Geneve is free for guests who have a booking and it was very convenient for us. The hotel provides you the free passes when you are checking in. There is a bus stop closer to the hotel and the guests can get on that bus to go near the train station. Guests can even use the free public transport pass on the yellow color boats which provide you transportation for short distances on lake Geneve. We highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Pretty standard Ibis experience: clean room, nice bed, good soundproofing. Nice and quiet location, although a bit far from the centre, but with convenient transportation options; a couple of supermarkets nearby. Surprisingly fast check-in (maybe we just got lucky there). No kettle in the room, but you can ask for hot water at the bar.

There was a mishap with our transport cards: the emails were not sent automatically after booking, turned out the accommodation needed to manage it themselves. We walked from the central station (around 10 minutes, no big deal) and got it sorted out on the spot (but the lady who checked us in needed to consult with someone else at the reception desk to figure out what to do). Also, there is only one large towel per person in the room, we would appreciate having at least one small hand towel in addition to the large ones.

Recently renovated, simple but very clean hotel

Reception, a guy particularly gave us whatever answers just to please us to dispatch us, and finally not able to deliver what was promised (ex: he said he will upgrade our group to king size beds, after we came back from visiting, another Reception told us there is no king room in whole facility, he didn't understand why his colleague promised us that) The original guy originally said 30 mns to get room, then 1 hr, then 1.5... with nice customer service, but not able to deliver what he said... Very bad image to the hotel in our opinion, because the hotel is indeed very good for a 3 stars.

The room is modern, clean, quiet and relatively spacious as a Geneva hotel out of over ten I have stayed in the past decade. The bed is extremely comfy and the towels are big and plush which I really liked. Great economical option if you need your room for sleeping only - location was okay as it was walkable to most places I needed to go though I usually stay closer to Cornavin - it was a reasonable compromise for the price I paid.

Virtually zero amenity - only hand/head soap and tissue box, but that's it. Not even a single water bottle and you need to bring everything on your own. No electric kettle in the room was a big disappointment in cold winter. Would love to have a mini-fridge as Geneva is so expensive to eat out every day and a small safe would be appreciated. There is no chain on the door nor peephole on the door for safety. Breakfast was very disappointing and not refilled properly in addition to its poor variety. Milk was lukewarm on one of the machines which made my morning coffee bad. Older woman at the breakfast was very rude and unwilling to help. The younger woman, man, and the older man were all pleasant and kind, though busy. Tall guy at the front desk was also very nice and helpful.

Good for a low priced, no frills short stop in Geneve: Decent location that is easy to get to from the airport - small walk from the train station No frills and what would generally expect from an Ibis - not luxury but perfectly fine for the price and if you are not planning to spend time in the hotel. Comfy enough bed for a short stay - met expectations for the price Location is walkable enough too but not a ton around (its a a quiet city).

It is an Ibis so bare minimum and set expectations accordingly - bathroom was clean but kind of like a prison bathroom where easy to keep clean ;) Room is very small with limited space for luggage or anything really Surprised they use paper cups for the water and a bit annoyed as it wasn't durable for more than a few hours.
