Very convenient location. Near SBB CFF FFS, it's easy to go anywhere, and also near the airport; just take SBB and it takes only 15 minutes.

It can be a bit noisy if you stay on a lower floor.

Excellent stay at Warwick Geneva. Located next to the main station allowing easy access to public transport. Room was clean and quiet at night (we had an alley facing room) with no sound from the nearby station. Beds were comfortable and pillow selection menu was a plus.

During our stay, the weather was cold in Geneva so the room AC was disabled as per hotel feedback (local law). The problem is lack of air circulation in the room with the only option to open the window, but there was no fly screen so some insects make their way into the room at night.

The Hotel is in central location right beside the Geneva main train station ! It’s very convenient for city trip and good base for day trips . The area felt safe . The restaurants and shops are nearby . The lake and shopping centres , offices are walking distance . Gloria and Louie at front desk provided excellent customer service , very friendly and helpful to hotel guests .

The property facilities , furniture and fixtures need renovation . It’s long overdue in my opinion .

The best thing about the hotel is the location across from the train station and the fact that you get access to a full fledged gym nearby. Other than that the hotel is in pretty poor condition : the air con is not that effective , the equipment is run down (eg my shower head kept collapsing) and the hotel clearly hasn’t been renovated in decades. The staff does their best unless you’re Asian at which point you may discover that the staff are sick of Asian tourists .

More upkeep of the room outfittings .

Very well located - easy to walk everywhere, with the option of public transportation - the room view is stunning - most staff are friendly.

Some staff members from the bar, and restaurant do not speak English and can be rude about it. The bar and restaurant close too early.

I liked everything

The safe in the room 426 was not functioning. We told the receptionist about it. No one came to fix it during the four nights we were there.

Great location as we were coming in and out by train. Friendly staff, nice buffet breakfast and we had a penthouse room with a fantastic balcony and view. Bed was comfortable.

We booked the penthouse floor as a treat and unfortunately we were right near the elevator but regardless of that the guests coming up and down and back up, slamming doors in groups speaking and laughing loudly back and forth in the corridor at all hours of the morning then partying and dragging furniture and slamming doors out on their terraces next to us meant we had 2 nights of little sleep…☹️ it’s a shame that floor seems like a party floor more than a quiet luxury retreat.

ROOMS NEED UPDATING

The Receptionist at check in was very professional and accommodating. First, he upgraded me since the room I booked was no longer available (I booked at 23:30 for that evening). Very nice. Then I still needed a bite to eat and he offered that when I order uber eats that he'd bring it straight to the room, which he did and then he wa attentative enough to ring to ask if I need cutlery. Very appreciated. Also the check out staff was very friendly and the breakfast people too. The bed and linens (!) were SUPER comfortable as were the pillows. There is a huge pillow menu, but the ones provided were perfectly fine. SIze of the room was good. Bathrobes were nice and big, so were the towels. Check out at 12:00, which is very nice nowadays. Breakfast had a good range for choice. Location is very convenient next to the main station. Lobby smells nice. What is the best (after the receptionist!), is the price-quality. This can not be beaten in my opinion. Dead pan Geneva, clean and comfortable with impeccable service for a VERY decent price. If you get stuck in Geneva, look no further. I will most certainly return.

So, small thing: there is only water in the minibar. Would be nice to have some options and small snack options too. There is no hair conditioner, just shampoo. But these are minor things that are eay to remedy, especially as you are next to the station with all shops.

Very professional staff. Hotel close to the central train station in the city center. Good service at the bar and restaurant. The room was clean and well-equipped. There was also complimentary coffee, tea, and water in the room. The bed was quite comfortable. Although it is a big hotel, I never had to wait to get access to one of lifts. The lake is not far by walking.

In a first stay, I was accommodated in the 6th floor and, during the second one, in the 5th. In both cases, I had a (not especially scenic view) on the main street which is a bit noisy. The 6th floor was however better. Although the rooms looked very similar, and the same pretty limited size, the one in the 5th floor was also less nice: the door was difficult to close and the plumbery was generating noise.
