The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the lake and the town centre and Cornavin station, and a short train ride or taxi from the airport. The room was very clean and mostly comfortable. There is a mini fridge which is useful for keeping your drinks or sandwiches cool. Of course, this is a three start hotel so taking that into account, it’s a great place to stay at for a reasonable price.

The pillows were a bit uncomfortable to sleep on as they are too soft and almost feel like you are sinking in them. However, this may just be a personal preference of mine and when I put the two pillows on top of each other it was not so bad.

It’s the perfect location. Close to the lake and tourist attractions and just a quick walk to the train station. And was very safe and exceptional staff.

The hotel has been renovated recently and the rooms are freshly decorated. Internet worked well. Don´t forget your Swiss adapter for your laptop (otherwise you can borrow one at reception). Buffet breakfast with the usual selection of cereals, cold meats, etc. No bacon or scrambled eggs, but an egg boiler to make your customised soft-boiled eggs!! Lots of restaurants round about.

The safe was too low in the wardrobe and the shower was too high with no adjustable fitting. Reception explained to me that they are still upgrading the rooms and this will be fixed quite soon.

The hotel was located at a good location. It is very near to the train station and it was convenient to get around. The hotel staffs were super helpful and I truly appreciated them assisting me in all the ways I required (such as borrowing their own umbrella, printing my Geneva ticket for me for free). The room was small but it was comfortable enough to rest.

There was a TV but I believe it was not working; would have been nice to have it turned on as a background sound. Also, during my stay, there was a construction just outside and my window pane was broken so the slight opening made the sound leaked in. It is not the hotel's fault (the construction I mean) but it did impacted my rest times.

This hotel is perfectly situated if you need to stay near the main railway station. In the city centre with plenty of restaurants around and a short walk to the lake. My flight was cancelled on the way out and although my booking was past the cancellation time the staff were kind enough to move my booking to the following day. Very comfortable bed.

It’s in the city centre so a bit noisy, but you’d expect that for the location. No aircon in my room, so a bit warm.

We stayed only for one night because we needed to change in Geneva - for that purpose the hotel is great, it's very conveniently located 5 minutes walk from the central station (the train to the airport from Geneva central station takes only 7 minutes). The hotel is also a 5 minutes walk from the lake and central Geneva, so we got to explore the city although we didn't have that much time. The reception is open 24/7, check-in and check-out were very smooth.

We are not complicated, so everything was fine. If you are a very light sleeper, and the window is open, you might hear the noise from the street. But the windows look like they provide sound insulation, and there is also an air conditioner, so it should be possible to sleep with closed windows.

Very Friendly staff. Helpful when assistance is asked, I was impressed for attending to my early check in request when room became available. The breakfast was good as a continental breakfast. Good access to restaurants and shopping

The air conditioning in the room could be improved especially with the hot weather spells. The neighborhood is noisy with drunkards shouting when people want to sleep coupled with ongoing construction work and sex workers

top employee, enough comfort when compare to price, clean, near to train and city center, few good restaurants near.

Not good for family with children. Not because of hote, its just part of Geneva you don't want your child to see. But if you are looking for expensive and lot quality cocain and girls, its for you.

Good location, couple minutes walking from the Cornavin station, red street is nearby but it's closer to the main road, so didn't feel dangerous or intimidated even though we came back to the hotel at night. Staffs are helpful and kind. We could use a lobby pretty freely, so that was an advantage. It was expensive due to it was an assembly season, but still cheaper than other places.

The building was a little old and there was a noise from inside and outside of the hotel. The room is not very spacious and no amenities in the room.

I liked the service from the staff members, very polite and friendly staff- supportive as well. I also liked the fact that the room was quiet and suitable to work

The tidiness level of the rooms could have been improved on. I found some dust on the floor. This is my first time in a three star property so maybe my expectations were abit high
