Awesome view from balcony down to the lake - we stayed in a top floor room. Lovely lavender growing on the balcony. Excellent location, a few minutes walk from the main train station with multiple bus and tram lines all stopping nearby; a few minutes walk from the lakeside with boats available every 10 minutes. Kitchenette is well stocked with cutlery, crockery etc. I like that the room is not cleaned every day - only once per week or sooner if requested. Daily cleaning always seems wasteful and unnecessary!

Only a minor issue but the coffee (Nespresso) machine in the room stopped working on last day but I'm sure that could have been rectified. I don't know if I had to chase up to get the Geneva transport card link - but was only sent on day of travel after I emailed the night before; I thought it is meant to be sent 3 days before arrival.

We recently stayed at Aparthotel Adagio in Geneva, and while there were a few drawbacks, there were also some positives. The location is by far its greatest strength — just a 5-minute walk from Lake Geneva and another 5 minutes to the main train and bus stations. It’s a very convenient base for exploring the city. The staff were great friendly, professiona. We stayed in a double room with a kitchenette, facing the back of the building. The kitchen was functional and had the very basics, which was handy for simple meals.

The room felt quite dated, with older furnishings and a mattress that was just okay in terms of comfort. The hotel seems to be undergoing some renovations, which may explain the worn condition of the common areas and rooms. Cleanliness was acceptable, but lacked that extra level of care — particularly in the bathroom, which felt a bit tired.room felt a bit old.

The review that I read about this aparthotel made me lower my expectation, but I was amazed when I arrived. The hotel is clean and quite, even with the renovation works. The room was spacious and cozy. The location is amazing, the train station and the lake are just 5 minutes walk. The bus station is in front of the hotel. There's a shopping center with a big supermarket just in front of the train station. We didn't need to use the transports much because everything was just a walking distance. I liked that there was a clothesline in the bathroom to air dry wet clothes.

The red district is unfortunately around the corner, and most of Halal restaurants are there! The bathroom need to be renovated: - It was hard to close its door and there's no lock on it. - The shower stand was not stable, which caused the whole bathroom to flood after every shower. - It is hard to open the heater, and there was no hanger on the door. However, I loved my stay there and will definitely come back.

For my needs, the room was perfect and in fact one of the most practical hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. Clever and solid appliances and interior, bit dated but strudy. I opted for the kitchenette and bathroom w/tub option and the room itself was really large, especially for Geneva, with a brilliantly set-up working space.

No cleaning in 4 nights or only if you pay extra is okay but not excellent. There were enough towels and it does provide extra privacy. Some simple treats like tea and coffee, basic salt, pepper and oil in the kitchen would have been great. There is no bar and restaurant and in the lobby it's hard to say whether it's being renovated or in a permanent state of repair. Internet needs an urgent upgrade! My connection wavered at times.

Location, cleanliness, space

We had booked a balcony room and ended up without a balcony due to a water leak apparently. The hotel is undergoing refurbishment and it’s boarded up in sections so not very appealing to walk through. The kitchen had literally no contents. We have stayed at many different locations and we have never come across a kitchen without anything in it such as oil, salt, pepper. Not even a tea bag, sugar or milk. The air conditioning couldn’t be adjusted so it was roasting hot during the night.

This is an apartment-style hotel with a good location and convenient transportation. The facilities in the room are very complete, and the kitchen utensils equipped meet the needs of my partner and me to prepare our food occasionally. The room is equipped with central air conditioning, which is very necessary for the summer in Geneva.

The only thing I am not satisfied with is that the floor in the room is a bit sticky, and I am not sure if it is caused by the kitchen fumes.

The apartment has a perfect view and you can enjoy beakfast or evening on the teresa. It is closed to main railway station, so you can get around cities or easy acceess to airport.

We got there in the midnight and the receptionist gave us only a key to a haft of apartment :(. He said he can't do anymore! The issue was resoved in the morning by another senior receptionist. It was unprofessional behavior we ever had have. Any apologize from manager.

Location was great. Very close to the station and the water. The kitchen was small but had everything needed to cook a decent meal. I made stir-fry with rice The room was spacious and faced into the back of the building (instead of the bus terminal across the road)

Walls were a bit thin so could hear the doors closing outside. Construction next door. Not a dislike but be aware this is at the back of red light district

The location is great – close to the lake and the Cornavin train station. The room was spacious, and the kitchenette was reasonably equipped. Due to ongoing renovations, the continental breakfast was served in the room.

Even though it is possible to acquire the Geneva Free Transport Card three days prior to the arrival date, the hotel only sent the link early in the morning on the day of travel.

Location is easily walkable from the train station and easy to walk into town and also to the Paquis Mouette pier. Our balcony on the 7th floor was nice and if you look to the side you could see the top of the water jet in the lake. Airco worked ok and the kitchen was reasonably well stocked (although a cutting board would have been nice). Bathroom was a bit small but if you are not a big person this will be fine. Place was clean and the staff was all very friendly!

Soundproofing from the doors could be a bit better. We did not hear any sound from the street (that was all good!) but we could hear our loud American neighbours in the room next door come crashing into their room late at night. We recommend earplugs to other travelers.
