The room was very spacious, ventilated, clean and had a nice balcony. I had chosen a room with external private bathroom. The bathroom was just opposite the room and it also was quite spacious and well appointed. Since my room was well inside a corridor, I did not have much discomfort in traipsing around from room to bathroom. The room maintenance was also good. One of the best points is the location, it is just opposite to the railway station and it is far away the cheaper of the hotels in same location. There is a gourmet burger shop near to the hotel, which provided excellent varieties of burgers. You must try the cranberry and Mexicana burgers from there.

Nothing to dislike. It was all good.

Having tourist card for public transport was amazing bonus from the hotel. It solves a lot of problems and saved time a lot. Location is amazing, easy to find and is good to return back to take a rest after walking. Totally recommend to order breakfast in the hotel, because the price exceeds expectations. Breakfast is good. Beware of hot boiling eggs. Bed is comfortable, clean and high quality. Really worth it.

It was my first time to have a hotel with external bathroom. I havent notice it while booking. But in the end it was quite private and clean. One thing to suggest is to offer one-time use slippers to visit bathroom via public coridore, not only bathrobe.

First, the staff was just so kind and welcoming! We arrived very early and of course.we didn't expect our room to be ready. After profuse apologies for the wait, a young woman encouraged us to leave our luggage and she would try to have a room for us in 30 minutes!! Also Free Coffee and Tea!!! Yes. soon the room was ready and our bags had been delivered!! What kind service! The price can't be beat for the quality of the stay. The room is clean, bed is comfortable, outlets available. Hotel location is fabulous opposite the station and near shopping and dining.

Hotel is a bit shabby with tired mismatched furniture. Room is dark. Window doesn't seal out construction and traffic noise. Earplugs helped.

It was clean and close to the main train station and airport. The rooms were reasonably sized, it wasn't a dedicated hotel, it shared a building with other businesses.

It wasn't very private, everyone can see you come and go due to the configuration of the rooms. But if that's not a problem for you then it's a secure spot

Wonderful hotel with awesome stuff! The staff did everything and even more in order that my trip and comfort would be at maximum level! This is not a very big hotel with just 28 rooms. The position of this hotel is super strategic: - 10 meters from the main railway station - 10 meters from the bus and trolleybus and tram. - 50 meters from Starbucks, MCdonalds, KFC, Burger, English Pub and Lebanese cousin. - 100 meters from COOP and 2 big malls! So you have everything that you need. Free fruits for all days, lemon water, fresh water, coffee, tea, hot water is always available at the reception 24\7 The Breakfast could be better of course. Don`t expect 5 star breakfast, but with 5-6 dishes every day, croissants, eggs etc will always be available for you. Can`t complain tbh. The rooms is not very big, but have everything that you need: - Good bed, shower, bathroom, TV, table, chair and guardrobe with freeze and safe. - The pressure of the water was super nice, the water was super hot also. - Fast free WiFi Internet - ~ 80MBit\s = 8-9MB in downloading. Definitely will consider this hotel next time! P.S. Forget to tell you that Staff even gave me early checking at 9 AM for Free as well as a free breakfast when we arrived! That was so helpful! Everything was amazing!

Very conveniently placed right by Cornavin Station in the middle of Geneva. Room was squeaky clean. Large comfortable bed. 24h reception. We would stay here again if en route somewhere to break the journey. Busy bar/ restaurant next door & plenty other establishments to eat & drink.

Price is high for a basic 2* hotel, but that's because it is in Geneva, Switzerland. Wooden furniture a bit tired. Would have liked a kettle in room & information about breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located right in front of Geneva station. Around 5:30 AM, I noticed that there was no plug for the bathtub, but the night front desk staff responded very sincerely. Fortunately, someone had just checked out, and they brought a replacement plug from that room. I am grateful for their warm and thoughtful service.The breakfast was similar to that of other Swiss hotels, but the trout sashimi was perfect for my Japanese taste. I received a free pass for unlimited use of Geneva’s public transportation, which allowed me to freely move around the city using Google Maps. Additionally, the ability to check in online, similar to an airplane, provided a great sense of security and convenience.

There were no points of dissatisfaction.

The proximity to the train station was convenient. It was also still within walking distance of the lake. Very convenient that the hotel provides public transportation for the longevity of your stay. Surprisingly quiet given location. Blackout curtains were also appreciated. Mini fridge was an unexpected convenience. Secure location as door locks after 7 pm. Staff available for guest needs.

We had one night where we were woken up by a loud disturbance in the hotel. Unsure if the person was a hotel guest, but it was handled by staff within 10 minutes.

The room was of a good size and spotlessly clean. The receptionists were amazing - very attentive and although they didn’t see much of us, the different receptionists always knew our room number and whether our room was available for cleaning or not as yet. Very convenient location when you arrive late by train.

Areas around central train stations always belong to a certain milieu- this was to be expected and has nothing to do with how the hotel is run. Just something to take into account when planning your trip.

The hotel was very conveniently located across the street from the central train station as well as a main hub for several buses and trams. The staff was friendly and considerate. When we arrived at 9am local time (5hrs before check-in), we were able to leave our luggage with the front desk, and then use the city guest card the hotel provided to jump on the tram across the street to go visit the CERN facility.

Beds were very firm, but we found this to be true across Switzerland, not just this hotel. That is desirable to some of the population and not to others.
