The hotel is very conveniently located next to the train station in Cornavin with many options for public transport, and food nearby. The lake was also only a 10 minute walk. The room was decently furnished, very clean, and the bathroom was big, clean and well stocked. They even provided an iron board and iron for convenience and it was excellent.

There was no provision of food (breakfast) or even a mini-fridge or microwave in the facility - For an Apartment these are basic requirements because otherwise it forces you to eat out without any way to store and heat food. There was a coffee machine down in the lobby but that was chargeable.

- Location is great, 5 minutes by foot to the railroad station and 5-7 minutes to the heart of the city center. - The room in general is very good, all amenities of high quality and look exactly like in the photo. - Nice and helpful stuff at the reception.

- Online check-in process that asks for mandatory passport upload in order to get access code to the room is a bit complicated. - Hairdryer in my room was in a very bad condition, almost broken, I could hardly use it. Taking into account cost of the hairdryer vs cost of one night of stay, I presume, it should be changed immediately. - The wardrobe in my room was not cleaned properly or maybe at all, as I found someone's stocking there.

Everything was good, especially cleanliness, comfort and location. Very easy to go everywhere, They provided shampoo, conditioner etc.

Check in instructions were not clear, I arrived after 6pm, there was a sign that said i had to go to the other Vission apartment hotel to check in, walked 300m in the rain, then they said it wasn't necessary, that i could get in with the code i got in the email (it wasn't clear, the code to get into the building was the same to get into the room). Also, they didn;t email me the trasnport card, only one day late, so i had to spend 6 CFH.

Overall, we had a great experience. The room was small but had everything you’d need for a short stay, especially if you plan to spend most of your time out and about. The location is excellent, just a four-minute walk from the train station. However, I would suggest adding some coffee in the room, as that would be a nice touch. Also, we didn’t receive our transportation card at check-in, and I had to email a few times to get our access code. Despite these minor issues, I’d stay here again.

Lack of communication. Would be nice to have a coffee maker in the room.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with an exceptional bathroom. I arrived in the middle of a heatwave and I was so grateful to find that whoever had cleaned the room before I arrived had put the air con on. I didn't mind not having any staff to talk too but it's worth noting that you might need to press * to reset the external keypad if your code doesn't seem to be working. It took me a few attempts to work out how to fix this problem.

The apartments are very central. A few minutes walk from the train station (which has excellent links to and from the airport) and also quite close to the lakeside. Restaurants and bars are just outside in the street. Lots of them. The room was also very quiet, despite a city centre location. My room was clean, comfortable, well equipped and had nice quiet air conditioning. I really enjoyed my stay and when I come back to Geneva, I will book here.

The shower was very good but unfortunately the drain was blocked so water built up and then flooded the bathroom. However, the staff were very apologetic and handled it well.

The hotel is a perfect location. 5 mins from train station, bus stops and Lake Geneva. The room was spotless and comfortable. The bed was comfy and you had everything that you could need including shampoo conditioner, shower gel, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. There was not a breakfast option at this hotel, so can't comment on that. As we arrived late it was a bonus that we already had been sent the pass code for the hotel and room which is easy to navigate. The geneva travel pass is also a bonus and is sent to you a few days before you travel. Would definitely stay here again

My only critism is that when we arrived there was hardly any coffee or tea facilities in the room and no complomentary biscuits, so after a long journey and late arrival we could only have one hot drink when we arrived. Luckily there is a McDonald's round the corner and a few local small shops where we could buy things from. Not having a breakfast option was also a little disappointing but wouldn't stop me from staying again. The road and surrounding area was a little noisy at night however Geneva is generally a busy place so I think you would have this wherever you stayed. The windows were double glazed and blocked the noise out but if you like to have the window open at night it might be a problem.

Great price compared to other places in Geneva and as we only needed a bed for 1 night it suited our needs. It was clean and had the basics in terms of shower gel etc. Check in was super easy with access code. 5 mins away from bus and train station. Very accessible to all the sites so location great. We checked in at 3pm, dropped our bags returned at 10pm had shower, slept, showered in morning and left by 9am so all in all spent less than 12 hours in the room. This was all we needed.

I wouldn't have wanted to stay more than 1 night as it was quite basic. No complimentary water on arrival and tea / coffee was poor with no milk or biscuit. It was very warm in the room and we were unable to turn temperature down. Windows were small and room was a little dark.

This is an interesting concept - our first time to stay in VisionApartment. I guess you could just check in with an access code without any interactions with a hotel employee. We arrived earlier and the hotel staff was very nice - he let us put the luggage in their kitchen area while we went out for lunch and so on. But if you check in late, you might not need to interact with anybody. Centrally located, close to bus and train station. You are in the midst of many cafes and restaurants. Not noisy. Very nice.

Location was excellent! I was able to walk to everything I needed. Town center, parks, the lake, Jet D'eau, many restaurants, and McDonald (because Switzerland is outrageously expensive, lol). Loved that! The room was really comfortable. Quieter than I expected for the area. Clean, welcoming, and somewhat spacious enough. Bathroom was super clean. They did not provide any toiletries but not important if you have your own stuff. You get a comfy robe however, and an extra pillow. This is not a hotel, it's apartment style where you get codes, via email or text after booking. Use one code for the building and another for your room. Simple enough if everything goes right... Throughout my stay there, I saw not a single soul! lol. I arrived late, left early, came back even later, left early again. So, the experience felt a little impersonal if you are someone who wants to be welcomed by a human being. Some people don't care. I am one of them.

It's a little scary arriving late at night and there is absolutely no one to help! At some point I had a little scare. My codes were not working. I tried many times and started panicking. Finally, I realized in was at the wrong location. My VisionApartments was 2 blocks further down (Mont Blanc). It was my mistake but still a little scary. Thought I'd be in the streets for the night. lol. So, my advice, try to check-in before 6PM, if you don't like a suspenseful time.
