It was my second time in this hotel, I really like how quiet the place is in the middle of the city. The location is perfect, almost everything is at walking distance. The soundproofing of the rooms is very good, my sleep was never disturbed by any noise. I also like the use of code for the entrance, I was free to come and go anytime when I needed without a key and without bothering anyone. My room was really tiny, not much bigger than the bed, but I didn't mind, as it had anything I needed. The size of the bathroom and shower was very comfortable and it had very good lighting.

The customer service didn't seem to be experienced in handling issues. I know this is very subjective, but the bed was too soft for my needs.

Excellent location, just directly opposite the train station. Short walk to the lake and also old town. Plenty of restaurants everywhere. Trams and buses are easily available nearby if you prefer not to walk. I would stay here again should I return to Geneva. Good quality fluffly towels which I like:))

The air conditioning in the room was very noisy and did not function well to cool the room. It got a bit stuffy in the evening and we had to open the window. Unfortunately, it was a bit noisy with some drunk men outside shouting for a few hours in the middle of the night. I hope they get it fixed for the next guests. We were in Room 505.

Great location opposite the station. Nice, modern room and bathroom, clean, comfortable bed and secure entry system. Decent room facilities.

Additional check-in was required via the company’s own online platform. This also involved submitting passport scans required for issuing the Geneva Travel Card (which was great). I had some difficulties with this (scan upload failed for 1 document). This then entailed lots of emails back and forth…. In the end, it all worked out fine, but it did add a fair amount of faff in the process, and it was a relief to find out on the day that everything had actually worked.

What I liked best was the location of the hotel. It was my third time to stay in the hotel and I always chose it because of its location. It is near the train, tram, and bus stations. It is surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Lake Geneve is within walking distance. It is also near the shopping areas.

The room air-conditioning was not that good especially during the summer. I guess it was quite common in Geneva. You couldn't seem to adjust the A/C a bit colder. I could see a few homeless people in the vicinity once in a while.

Walked out of the train station, the hotel was right across the street. Room was good sized, large desk area, kettle, chair with backing. Wifi was usually good but did slow down sometimes. Tv okay, channels from across the globe. A/C was great. Froze me out which was a nice change for European rooms. Water pressure good and large bath towels. Staff pleasant. All hotels should give you a travel pass that allows free transport on buses, trams, boat taxis. So having immediate free access to travel through Geneva was great, saw a lot to include CERN which is free to visit. Parks, tourist sights, just the town itself is a great experience.

No safe in room. No coffee with kettle, only tea. Shower in tub which is hard to step in and has no safety handles to get in and out.

Superb location as it is just across the main train and bus station. Within walking distance of restaurants, etc. Staffs are very helpful.

Pricey as it's facilities are limited but then it's Switzerland.

The facilties, location, staff and level of cleanliness were excellent. Our booking had breakfast included but we were gonna miss it one day because we had a really early tour. However, the reception staff prepared two bags (one for each) full of breakfast items for us to take on our tour. We even had enough for an afternoon snack!

I didn't really like that the hotel told us that the rooms didn't get cleaned during our stay (didn't understand why.) I don't need towels or bedsheets to be changed everyday but having the tea cups and glasses washed, for example, would have been nice, since they did go in to take out the trash.

Very central location, right next to the train station and main public transport hub. The hotel itself is modern and cosy. The room was well equipped, we did not miss anything. You will get a PIN code to enter your room and the hotel at night - we liked it even more than a classic key or card. Getting a Geneva card by mail in advance was also convenient.

The breakfast is average, but enough if you stay for a few nights. The coffee from the coffee machine is not the best. The house keeping is only once a week. Again, not a problem, if you stay for a few days.

First of all, I would like to express my grateful to all the staff who work there, especially Eddy, Shatha, and Michael. They were very welcoming and helpful. Eddy helped me when I checked in and he explained everything very clearly. Shatha and Michael helped me when I checkout, both were kind, friendly, and helpful! Additionally, the location is excellent and the room was clean and good for price in Geneva! I'd never hesitate to stay again at this hotel!

One thing annoyed me was the fact that there was no bottle of water in the room due to some circumstances.
