I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - right in the heart of the city, with easy access to all the sights and sounds. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space to stretch out and relax. Best of all, the hotel was spotlessly clean, which really put my mind at ease during these times. But what really set this hotel apart was the hospitality of the staff. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and at home, and went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed. Whether it was recommendations for local restaurants, help with transportation, or just a friendly chat in the lobby, the staff were always warm and welcoming. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience. If you're looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay in the city, this hotel is definitely the way to go!

Excellent location in the middle of the city. All major sites are easily accessible by foot. Surprisingly the soundproofing from the street and adjoining rooms were great-heard nothing. All the staff were very friendly, attentive. Onsite restaurant was also excellent - food, staff, and service. Very comfy bed and nicely furnished room.

The bathroom amenities were lacking. There is liquid handsoap in a pump by the sink and one container in the shower that is intended as a combined shampoo and bodywash, but not great for hair. I would recommend bringing your own shampoo/conditioner, and if you use body lotion, to bring that too. If you are looking to use the room for work, it is not an ideal office set up, as the counter to be used for the desk is too high for the chair.

I usually chose a hotel based on the location, and this couldn’t have been better. It was about a 10 minute walk from the train station, and two minutes to the lakeshore. I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go. The room was a bit small, but it had everything I needed. The staff spoke excellent English and were very warm and welcoming.

I paid close to $300 a night in a small family-run hotel. Geneva is a very expensive city!

The location is excellent less than 100m to the lake and a footbridge to the other side. The train station was 10 minutes away. The staff are very pleasant and made an effort to chat to us. The room was a good size and nicely decorated and presented

The property doesn’t have any bar/ restaurant facilities. Some hot food would be good

Location and facilities. There is a steam room at the top of the building. Great to relax before having a shower and going to sleep.

Breakfast was not too varied. No hot food, just charcuterie and cheese with breads / fresh croissants. Cereal and fruits.

No way to park in front of hotel when checking in and checking out.

All in all a good Accomondation (Rousseau plus, Suprior room) with keen and suportive staff.

The WLAN is just usable for e-mail and messaging, if you need more, it stucks...
