The hotel is in an excellent location - right by the lake. Very beautiful boutique hotel. Rooms are spacious and at high standard compared to other hotels we've stayed during this trip. The photos here didnt do it justice - the rooms are much nicer!

The hotel exceeded our expectations, we were very satisfied with our stay. It was an incredibly comfortable experience. The location was fantastic; as soon as you step out of the hotel, you're right by the Rhône River. The room was very cozy, and the electric shutters operated by a bedside button added a great touch of comfort. The staff were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

There was really nothing negative about our stay. The only small detail is that the free public transport pass provided by Geneva wasn’t mentioned at check-in, we didn’t end up needing it much, but it would have been nice to have it from the start, just in case. Once we asked, it was quickly prepared for us, so I wouldn’t even count this as a downside. Don't forget to ask for your free public transport card at the reception, it's available for use throughout your stay!

The location of the hotel is really good. It’s in 10 minutes on foot from train station and practically on the embankment of the lake. The hotel is nicely designed. Rooms are quite small but comfy. There are tea pot, coffee machine, good toiletries in the room. Bed are pillows were comfortable. There is also possible to order different types of pillows. Stuff is helpful and professional. As Geneva is quite expensive city, the price of the room seems fair.

General impression is that the hotel was given a facelifting but the rest left old. Air-conditioning works too loud, equipment of bathroom is quite old. There was very unpleasant smell in the wardrobe that it wasn’t even possible to put clothes there. Buffet breakfast was quite basic, just the choice of cheeses were really good. Two days of four the breakfast took place in the near hotel and had less choice that in the New Midi. The breakfast seems a bit overpriced for the offered choice. Although we arrived an hour later then check-in time, our room wasn’t ready and we had to wait.

The hotel staff was amazing, very attentive to the needs of the users. They had umbrellas at disposition for when it rained. The location was amazing, with shops, tourist sites and transportation very near. The hotel provided the free transportation card/qr which was amazing. The hotel room was well-equipped, very comfortable. The bathroom lighting was great.

The only regular aspect was the wifi: in the room I was staying the connection was very weak and it connected and disconnected all the time, I couldn't use the wifi at all.

This is a polished, updated property that pays attention to details. The room was well designed, our view on the front side was beautiful, bidet, bath tub. coffee pot in room, refrigerator/minibar, comfy bed, nice pillows, coffee and apples in lobby 24/7, croissants in the morning, fitness room adequate with shower/towels, electric blind to stifle light and noise at night, location 150 ft from River, Starbucks next door, restaurants very close by. The staff was extraordinarily attentive and helpful. We arrived on an overnight flight desperately tired and they were kind enough to give us an early check in. We will be back.

No bar on elevated tub/shower to stabilize when climbing out. Could be a hazard for some.

Rooms very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were close together which was as asked. Very close to the city - could walk everywhere. Also given a free travel pass to use on buses, trams, train and boat.

Breakfast not included on room rate and we felt it was too expensive to add on. We went to Starbucks next door instead.

The hotel is exceptionally located—right on the lake, making it incredibly easy to get around and enjoy the surroundings. It has more of a boutique feel, very cozy and welcoming. The rooms are a comfortable size and come fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. A wonderful stay overall!

A wonderful hotel in a very excellent location, close to Lake Geneva, shopping, and all the tourist attractions. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The staff is very friendly and always smiling.

Just a small note, there was no quilt for the bed, only a bed sheet, which made us feel cold when sleeping.

The rooms were a good size. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The location is absolutely perfect. So close to walk to everything. The junior suite was so spacious. Two bathrooms And the sofa bed was actually a twin sized cot/bed in the living room and was quite Comfy.
