Perfect position at the heart of Geneva and wonderful view of Geneva lake. Easy to access public transportation, luxury-brand stores. Tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. Welcome event is very impressive with champagne, sweets, fruits and nuts. Friendly and professional staffs. Beloved suprising gifts from the hotel (free cakes, delicious sweets) everyday. Housekeeping is good (2 times of cleaning). Check in and check out are very quick. Spa, relaxing areas with swimming pool, sauna, sacuzzi are amazing. Perfect vibes for holiday. Very friendly with childen.

Sometimes I don't understand the behaviour of several staffs (restaurant for breakfast). When my family were having breakfast, my daughter wanted to go to the restroom. I left my meals and individual stuffs (book, kindle, pens on the table) to inform that we will come back soon. We have not finished our meals. However, when I came back, they cleaned everything. They thought we finished and left. It is so weird. Another morning, when I stood up to choose some food for my breakfast, they cleaned my plates with my croissants and nuts. It is quite difficult to understand why the staff needed to clean my stuffs as quick as possible. I have not finished my meals. Moreover, it is quite wasteful to throw food like that. I was very disappointed and hostly did not understand the reason.

The stuff were very professional

I did not like the way of bill settlement they pre authorization around 3000 Swiss frank and again charged the same amount when they should use the same amount of pre authorization and I can pay remain if there is This type of act made a trouble in my budget plan during my trip which is not accepted and it would disturb me in my vacation

Upon arrival the room was not ready as scheduled. I met the sales manager Ms. Isabella and the room was upgraded to a suite and a drink and lunch were provided as a courtesy of the hotel. They paid attention to the smallest details based on previous comments I made when I stayed at the hotel 6 months ago. Thank you all

The staff were absolutely faultless

Being super critical, the only thing we didn’t like in the hotel was the shower curtain in the bathroom - it’s cheap and sticks to your skin when showering. Gross.

The breakfast is fantastic, service impeccable, choice and quality of food exceptional

Better food offering at the Bar des Bergues, even though they would do anything you like (If they can)

Spa! especially Fatiha knows and does her job well. I like cotton peds, shower caps, bar napkins . The personel is so attentive and kind.

The choise of pillows could vary. They were too soft.

Their was another guest who banged on drums and played loud music all night. I was surprised it was not taken care of by the hotel staff.

One of many 5 star hotels in the lake front of Geneva, but definitely a property I was eager to try out. For a spa weekend, decided to book at this hotel based on the spa reviews online. Was not disappointed. The couple treatment room for my daughter and I was large and impressive. Our massages were great and comparable to the ones we received in Asia (firmness of your choice). All the staff were friendly, but at the spa they were so nice. :) Booked a Deluxe King and was upgraded to Junior Suite. When that happens at a Four Seasons, I just consider myself lucky. :)

We stayed only 1 night, so I would be nit-picking to find something I really did not like. Perhaps 1 item, I was over joyed to find Black Cod on the room service menu, but the miso cod was a tad too salty for our tastes.

Everything was amazing. All the staff were so nice and so helpful. They provided everything we needed for our baby boy. Incredible hotel

Absolutely nothing

Attention to detail with items in the suite and being accommodating when I wanted to add another adjoining room later. Also allowing a very late check out without additional cost was wonderful so we didn't have to sit in the airport for hours!

We liked the bar ambience and the simple menu items were great. The main restaurant was stiff, very slow in getting food out however the wait staff were great! Definitely not a restaurant to treat your 2 teens. Lesson learned!
