It’s a good hotel in a very nice place. It’s close to everything you need as a tourist.

It would be good to have some renovation, especially for the floor. The breakfast can also be more varied.

The property was in a great location, very close to the train station and easily walkable to most places we wanted to be. The robust transit system in the city made getting to the few spots not close by an absolute breeze. The room itself was stylish, clean, and suited all our needs just fine. We were very happy with the property and all it had to offer and would absolutely stay here again.

The only minor quibble we could think of was the size of the bathroom was rather tiny. Sitting at the toilet placed you so close to the sink you could wash your hands and face while simultaneously doing your business (maybe some would consider this a perk?). This is a minor complaint, though, and mentioned here only for those who may find this to be an issue - for us it was not.

We had such a great experience at this hotel in Geneva! It’s centrally located, making it easy to explore the city, and has a modern, stylish vibe throughout. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made us feel truly valued. As Genius Members, we were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade — which came with a lovely view. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. We also appreciated that they emailed us the Geneva Guest Pass in advance, which made getting around even easier. Thoughtful touches like this really stood out. Highly recommend this place, and we’re definitely looking forward to staying again!

Excellent location just a short walk to lake Geneva. The staff in the hotel and bar were lovely, and the cost of drinks and food in the bar were very reasonable considering other bars around the area. Really spacious room and lovely modern bathroom. Room was spotless and super clean. Good channels on TV

Only 1 pillow each and no spare ones provided in wardrobes like other hotels do. This wasn’t much of a problem as we didn’t bother asking reception if this is something they could provide but I’m sure it’s something they could. Not enough plug sockets in the room. Mattress wasn’t the most comfortable but was okay for a short stay.

Convenient walk to Geneva station - we even carried out luggage. Convenient to Old City and downtown. We were upgraded into a newly remodeled room - spacious, clean, plenty of drawers, comfy bed, couch, Nespresso machine (but see comment below on limited coffee pods.) Breakfast is self-serve, adequate. Hotel is good value for location and comfort.

1. No Toilet privacy! A design oversight allows line of sight through the glass shower right to the toilet! We hung a bath towel over the shower door to provide privacy. (Easily remedied of hotel simply frosts the glass.) 2. Only one coffee pod and one decaf pod in a room for two? I understand a limit, but at least offer two caffeinated pods. Additional pods available for 1.50 CHF - Feels like the hotel is trying to make money by selling coffee, so coffee machine in room is really not a perk. 3. Bathroom pocket door very difficult to open one shut. Probably just needs an adjustment.

Air con worked very well, this was important as I stayed during a heatwave. Location was as described , which was central and very close to the lake and nice quiet location. Staff spoke excellent English to me ( so neither of us had to suffer from my poor French). Good bed ,OK pillows .From other hotels I had viewed for a similar price I was glad I stayed here.

A staff member fitted a new light fitting on the middle of one day when I was out and after 15 minutes of waiting I asked him to leave so I could shower ( which he did with no complaint). I don’t think changing fittings should be done whilst a guest is staying ( this was a change not a fix to lights that were broken) , if they waited a month until off season when occupancy will be less it would make more sense! The room key had to be reactivated twice after stopping working.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was small but perfectly adequate for our needs and the bed was very comfortable. The location was ideal - a few minutes' walk from the train station and a minute from the lakeside. What really impressed us was that the hotel had emailed us, a few days before our stay, with a link to a free Geneva travel pass for local trains, buses, trams and water taxis. This meant that when we arrived in Geneva we just hopped onto a train from the airport to the station close to the hotel without the need to buy a ticket.

We were satisfied with every aspect of our stay.

Brilliant location. Comfy beds. Good aircon, good bathrooms, consistent hot water, character property, quiet, opening windows for plenty of air excellent value for money

Few teething problems with the room but did not affect our stay. Fridge wasn’t working, couple of light bulbs out, curtain hooks broken on one curtain, more pillows and cups, spoons etc would have been good. Didn’t bother asking as wasn’t major issue. No kettle but good nespresso machine although you had to buy extra pods

Location was excellent. Walking distance to old town and train station as well as shops and restaurants. Hotel provided free transport card in time to use on transport from airport to accommodation. This card was enormously useful. All areas very clean. Staff continually wiping or cleaning . Small, but very modern bathroom. Comfortable bed. Working lift. Held luggage before check in and after check out. CHF 17 seemed expensive for breakfast for an Australian (double the amount in $) but wasn’t as just a cup of coffee outside was CHF 5 Pleasant helpful, English speaking staff.

Small boutique hotel, close to the lake, very central to all train and bus connections. Friendly staff at a low-key reception and in the adjoining cafe. My room, overlooking the road, was tastefully laid out with a comfy bed, good shower and a chaise longe. Even the heating/air-con system worked well to cool down the room in the evening. In a city full of millionaires, this was a good value hotel which delivered more than I expected.

For a short stay it was ideal, but for longer it might be a problem not have a proper cupboard for hanging up clothes. There was an open rail with hangers in view above a chest of drawers which would not be good if hanging up dresses. The TV also only seemed to work for streaming apps…but that could have been me not understanding the remote control!
