We had the twin bed corner room. The bed was comfortable and was quite large. I didn’t realise that Switzerland had a different plug than the rest of Europe but the receptionist was lovely and got us adapters. We didn’t have the breakfast but by seeing the price of a coffee and cake in other cafes the 5 fr is worth it. Very convenient for the station and would stay here again if visiting Geneva as long as we could have this room

Staff were lovely despite our lack of French! Great location and reasonable price considering other hotels in area. Room changed to double on check in from twin, higher floor given as requested. It’s basic and dated but spotless and room cleaned daily, offered cheap breakfast but didn’t end up trying. Fantastic location near train & bus station so suited us, free travel card was a bonus!

Bed was pretty hard, back/side of hotel so no view and overlooked by other buildings so kept curtains shut, warm and with windows open very noisy at night. Inconsiderate neighbours coming and going late at night & early hours woke us up both nights as no sound proofing. Reception not manned 24/7 which is fine but consider putting signage up to ask guests to be respectful with noise levels

A place full of character, a welcome change after the budget chain where we stayed the previous night. The staff were helpful even to lending us a Swiss plug adaptor. No problem with luggage storage: we spent the morning exploring the lovely area where the Rhone flows out of the lake - very near the hotel. A basic breakfast was available at a small supplement. Very convenient for the railway station, a little further from the bus station.

Maybe a bit expensive for a room of this size - the clean, efficient shower cubicle was quite small. However, everything in Geneva is expensive, so probably par for the course.

The hotel was very conveniently situated and we were able to walk everywhere from there. The hotel had a lovely Swiss style with lots of wood and traditional decor. The room was simple but very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The host was very welcoming and gave us lots of useful information. We had the breakfast a couple of days which was coffee, croissant and orange juice. We were able to store our luggage there after our checkout. I would definitely recommend you to stay here.

In the UK a hotel room would normally come with a kettle and tea/coffee, this didn't alter our good opinion of the hotel but guests coming from the UK might like to know this.

This is a sweet, alpine themed hotel in a great neighborhood in Geneva. It is walking distance to just about everything and there is underground parking close by (though parking in Geneva is expensive). The rooms are comfortable and clean and have everything you need for an economical stay in Geneva. The staff is exceptional, friendly, kind, and accommodating.

The only thing that could be improved upon is, you are allowed three devices connected to wifi at a time per room. So if two people want to be on their computers but have already gotten on wifi with their phones, one device will need to be off wifi. Not a big deal but something to think about if you have logistics to plan while at the hotel.

It was a perfect experience. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the front desk arranged the room for us and showed us how to use the door lock. We have decided on a twin room. The handsome guy at the front desk changed us to a great double room. It's really comfortable. I like the room with a terrace very much. The geographical location of the hotel is very convenient. It is very close to SBB railway station, and it takes 6 minutes to walk. It is also very close to Lake Geneva, which is very comfortable. By the way, wifi network speed Very fast.

The hotel is in an extremely good location, close to the Rhone River and Lac Leman. It is very easy to find your way around if you want to visit the old town. The rooms are cleaned every day, which is commendable.

When I compare this hotel to the ones in Bern or Basel, the price-quality ratio is unfavorable. However, it should be taken into account that Geneva is also a business city, the headquarters of many intergovernmental organizations, so the price might be justified in some way.

Absolutely loved this place! Easy walk from the station, near nice coffee places, short walk to the Lake. The staff were lovely, very friendly and gave lots of useful info at check in. Room was far bigger than I was expecting for the price (we had 307, a big corner room - highly recommend) and immaculately clean, with a powerful shower and immediate hot water.

For me, there were no downsides at all. It is situated on quite a busy junction, so some people might find traffic noisy at night. I expect that on a city break, so wasn’t a problem.

We were a group of musicians taking part in a festival and we came from different countries. The hotel has a room available for different uses, and we were able to rehearse and also organise our meals, which made everything much easier. The staff was very helpful, and the ambience is very familiar and relaxed. Also the owner, whom we saw briefly, was very friendly. Many thans to Pavel and Constantin!

The only observation is that it was slightly chilly in some of the rooms, the guests who came from warmer countries felt it. For me it was perfectly fine. The beds are very comfortable and there are duvets.

Very friendly staff welcome and only 8 minutes walking from the train station. We came with a baby and it was good to have an elevator. We were upgraded to a family room - and were very pleased with the support provided (a baby bed, room with a bath tub) and enough space for us. Shower had a nice pressure. We liked the space of the room, although some might find it a little outdated we thought it had history. Breakfast was available for only CHF5, we didn't make use of it but found a very cute bakery around the corner where we got a baguette.

As the hotel is on a busy street, we did hear the traffic through the night (we stayed Saturday to Sunday so perhaps it's less busy on week days). If you have ear plugs it shouldn't be a problem.
