Large room. Good location about 15 minute walk from the bus station. Breakfast was good with cappuccino available boiled eggs, meat and cheese trays, fresh fruit, a variety of bread and rolls and cereal. Hotel easy to locate following their directions. McDonalds and a sushi restaurant in the “mall” on the way to the hotel. Good water pressure in shower. Closet and safe in the room and several chairs.

Upon check in you will be asked if you would like to receive a free drink in exchange for your room not being made up. They don’t tell you that the room will not be made up for 3 days! Upon asking, they did advise if we asked at reception we could get fresh towels. The room was very hot and a/c did not put out much cool air. No view from windows. The sink outside the bathroom was not an issue.

From the moment I arrived, I knew I had made the right choice. The location is unbeatable – just a short, pleasant walk to the bus stops, and along the way, I’m treated to the stunning view of Lake Geneva. I loved the walk so much that I always preferred it over taking the bus! I hadn’t pre-booked breakfast, as I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I’m so glad I gave it a try. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options – definitely exceeded my expectations. The hotel boasts a lively and energetic atmosphere, thanks to its bar, which always seems to have something happening. Yet, despite my room being on the same floor, I couldn't hear a thing – a real testament to the thoughtful design and soundproofing. I also appreciated the option to choose between daily housekeeping or drink vouchers. Since I was staying for 12 days, I went with housekeeping, and I’m so glad I did – my room was always spotless, refreshing, and inviting. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the work area was spacious and perfectly set up – a big must for me. The staff? Simply amazing – warm, friendly, and efficient. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, making everything from arrival to departure smooth and stress-free. All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely return next year. Highly recommended!

Centrally located, good value for money. The hotel had a hip and trendy vibe, lots of innovative solutions to automate processes, eg self checkin. The breakfast had a large selection of cold cuts, coffee options and cereals - and a very helpful staff. The bar is well equipped and provides a trendy youthful atmosphere. If you’re coming by car, you can leave the vehicle to the Mont Blanc parking garage very close (2 min walk) to the hotel (ask for 20% discount from the reception staff at the hotel).

No room service, just pizza and a salad option at the rooftop bar. Breakfast lacked warm options. The rooms are very practically designed, however having to enter the shower via toilet was a bit awkward (okay for one night, but could be annoying if you’re staying for longer).

Location is excellent! Walk to Lake Geneva, Old Town, Bot Garden etc. The room was super clean and the bed was comfortable. It is in a very tony part of town (Tiffany, Cartier, Bvlgari, etc.) if this is the shopping you are looking for (we were not.)

The hotel is hard to find. It has no door off of Rue de Rhone, but rather a door in a mall under the building next to the McDonalds. Reception is on the 7th floor and the rooms are below. Once you figure this out, it is fine, but it was confusing at first. Breakfast is outrageously expensive at 35CFH which is over $40 so we ate elsewhere. It was hard to get coffee in the room. There was something called a galley on each floor which was supposed to have hot water and instant coffee (ewww) but the hot water spigot didn't work, so we went up to the bar for take-away coffee each morning.

Very original concept. What other hotel do you know of has a guitar amp in every room, and allows you to borrow one of their guitars to play in your hotel room? Free drinks if you choose not to have your room tidied up everyday is good. The fact that the hotel is right in central Geneva (walking distance to old town, and the famous fountain) was fantastic.

Bed frame corners are a safety hazard. Due to space constraint, you will inevitably slam your legs on those bed frame corners as you walk pass it given the tight spacing between bed and wall. So, be careful. Would be nice if Geneva free transport card is provided upon check-in instead of needing to request for it. I assume many miss out on free local transport because of this

The location of this hotel was exceptional for access to most of the main tourist haunts. The room itself was of adequate size and the bed quite comfortable except for the pillows. They were lumpy. That apart everything about the room was good. We did like the "Galley" which was a small room set aside to make your own tea (various types available) and coffee which also include decaffeinated. This is a great ovation! The bar/reception staff were very friendly and helpful and the bar itself was a very comfortable place to sit and relax. I have to say thank you to the City of Geneva for the "free" travel pass which we made great use of. It Included the journey from and to the airport, all the trams, buses and the boat "buses". All in all it made our travel around Geneva so easy. The main Christmas Market was very big and very busy, perhaps too busy for comfort.

We knew that Geneva was expensive but were somewhat shocked at some of the prices being asked for eating out.

This concept , this vibe of community the most warm and welcoming atmosphere a lot of young people this place is a good vibe and friendly atmosphere . I must say after 5 stars hotel didn't think that I could feel comfortable somewhere... Hotel connected to all the luxury shopping so u literally have no way to don't... spend 😅😅 Bed is comfy , beddings are clean and soft, pillows good. As A person who doesn't sleep well I finally slept .. Breakfast 10 of 10 Tasty and a lot of options

I didn't like idea of the design in this rooms but after I realised that they designed to get ready and leave for a party / event to don't over sit in the room .

It’s my second time in Ruby Claire and once again we had a very pleasant stay. The staff was amazing! They were all welcoming, friendly and very helpful (plus they all spoke good English). The location is excellent in the city centre but still quiet. The room was very small for us. Although the design was great, it was very clean and it offered nice body and hair products, we found it too small. Other than that it was all amazing! I would visit again and would recommend it!

The room was too small for us and not that convenient, in the sense that it did not have many hangers etc. But it was still very clean and had a pleasant design.

We’ve stayed here at least 10 times over the past 3 years and it’s our go to place in Geneva. The pricing is quite competitive for Geneva, the staff are always pleasant and helpful, it’s always clean. It’s also got a cool, kitschy but modern vibe to it. The terrace is always nice to have a drink on during summers. That said, I have not had the breakfast or any food at the restaurant except for a 3AM pizza which was divine! Thank you so much!

We have no complaints whatsoever! The only minor inconvenience is that there is so coffee in the room itself. Also, please note that if you’re not very mobile or injured, perhaps request a room closer to the elevators because it can be quite a walk depending on the room.

- The staff was superb. - The room was great. - The temperature control in the room was really great! - The location is superb. Literally the best place to be at.

- We had interruptions during the night where an intercom announcement tone sounded, like in a mall before they make an announcement, waking us up at 5 AM, but nothing followed. This has happened twice during our 4 days stay, and it damaged our sleep heavily as I am a light sleeper. - We had a drilling sound on the other side of the wall one morning at 7 AM. It came from a room titled Staff Room.
