Proximity to all amenities. Very friendly and courteous staff. Very clean room.

The gym was not as modern or as inviting as one would expect for a 5 star hotel. For the amount paid, I think full breakfast should have been included.

This was my second time staying at this wonderful hotel in Geneva, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived until my departure five days later, I was welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care from the entire team. A heartfelt thank you to Manu, the ever-smiling doorman, who greeted me each day with such kindness. Sher and Sebastian at the concierge desk were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist with all my requests and recommendations around the city. Their local knowledge and willingness to help truly made a difference in my stay. At the reception, Malvina, Albina, and Basile were simply fantastic. They were always courteous, efficient, and made me feel genuinely valued as a returning guest. It’s clear they love what they do, and it shows in every interaction. Staying here feels like returning to visit friends. The level of service, attention to detail, and warm hospitality are consistent and exceptional. I look forward to coming back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Geneva.

We made the booking late at night after our flight back from Geneva was cancelled, and were grateful it was available. The suite we were in was in the older part of the hotel, so while comfortable, it was a bit tired. There were a couple of faux pas one wouldn’t expect from Metropole/5-star hotel, but service recovery was good. Breakfast was good and we very much enjoyed the rooftop terrace, having drinks with the fantastic view of the lake and Jet d’Eau.

There was a greeting card from the hotel in the suite addressed to another visitor and no greeting card for us. My guess is that person cancelled last minute/got moved to another room and we were allocated that room instead of her. Felt odd that the staff hadn’t checked/removed the card before taking us to the room.

I would like to thank you for Mr, Ebad Rasoly for his support, and verygood service understanding and providing all the facilities required by us, my satisfaction reached 100% just by talking to him and the services he provided to us.

Considering the extensive refurbishment taking place at the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by what I found. I was dubious about what to expect but found everything to be quite satisfactory.

In general the staff were very accommodating, however in the evening when relaxing with my clients in the bar the service was a little abrupt.

Wonderful location - hotel was under renovation while we were there but they still made provision to keep guests comfortable and happy. Rooms were lovely and clean with all the necessary amenities! Best rooftop bar in the city!

The steam shower was amazing. That was something very special. Also the nice balcony with view was a plus.

The breakfast could have included some minor things like a soft boiled egg that I had to pay 8 CHF for each day. That was a bit much.

the breakfast options that are included in the price you pay with the room are minimal, you’ll have to pay for eggs and other items. the bathroom in the room was glass, which was a bit uncomfortable to use. No bidet in the bathroom. the sound proofing is not great either our neighbor could hear our TV playing on low volume and went psycho knocking the doors between the rooms.

The Staff from the luggage boy to the receptionists are all exceptional - service received was top notch! I had a Lifestyle room and it was spacious and modern. Got some fruits & chocolate and a hand written note upon my arrival - very personal touch =0)

Corridors are run down BUT renovations are on going. There is no AC in the gym.
