The property is in a beautiful area of town with lots of good places to walk and eat. It’s incredibly clean and comfortable, the staff had set out snacks and some food in the fridge (eggs, milk , salmon, pasta…) for us when we arrived which was lovely as we’d gotten in past midnight. They were very helpful and available our whole stay. The room was cleaned to a very high standard, the beds were comfortable, and we felt very safe as two girls traveling alone. We felt we’d chosen the best accommodation to feel like we are truly getting to experience life here.

Nothing it’s great

Justine’s friendly greeting as we arrived spoiled us for other places we stayed. Joffrey called me before our arrival to make sure our every wish was satisfied. They stocked the fridge. They provided comfy cots for our additional two people. They had oodles of fresh fruit to eat. Sodas, bottled water, snacks were free. Cross-ventilation was possible once everyone was out of bed. Location in the old town meant each of us could come& go easily for walks, sightseeing, breakfasts at open air cafés, or a swim in Lake Geneva.

What an absolutely fantastic place ! Such a completely and totally funky apartment, in an absolutely perfect location. Incredibly helpful staff. So thoroughly outfitted property, it was a pleasure staying there. So well located next to the "old Town". Don't stay anywhere else in Geneva !! (PS - Miele coffee machine, filled with fresh beans, was a bonus).

There was nothing to disklike !!

Prior to arrival the host initiated a WhatsApp group giving me a good welcoming and a very personal communication channel prior to arrival. This was particularly helpful as there were always little questions i had such as where to park the car, exact arrival time,, etc etc. a staff was at the door for us exactly when we arrived. didn’t' waste his time, didn't waste ours. Prior to walking us to our room, we were given a tour of the hotel and the library area which was an eye opener seeing how special this place is. We were not expecting there to be such a nice "living area" where we can enjoy within the hotel. The room I was given was stunning, 2 bedroom apartment with living area, full kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. It was really a home away from home. The hotel (room and common area) was spotlessly clean; the atmosphere was relaxing and luxurious; and the location is unbeatable! I will defnitely be coming back next time when i'm back to Geneva.

Joffrey met us and even stayed a little late to give us a tour of the facility. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. The location of the property is amazing. It was in the old town. Very safe and close to everything

While there is no parking for the hotel. Joffrey helped us and suggested parking the car in a public area that is literally 2 min walk from the hotel and is very safe

The location in old town could not have been better. The staff were very welcoming. The apartment was very clean and modern in a centuries old building, the perfect combination.

Location was superb and the entire team, Anaelle, Melody and Antonio made our short stay very special. We are already looking to return next year.

Gorgeous apartment right in the centre of the Old Town. Loved the sense of peace and quiet in wonderful surrounds.

All was perfect!

The staff was phenomeal. Josephine and Anaelle... absolutely fantastic. Creating a shared whatsapp group was such a great way to manage the entire expierence.

Everything! It was really nice place, perfect apartments, highly recommended family with kids, nice furniture, sofas and beds. It has a lot of space and a cozy street.
