Great location next to tram stops. Very friendly staff, comfortable room which included a microwave and fridge. There was a portable air conditioner in the room which was very welcome in the heat.

There were no cups for hot drinks and no sachets of coffee or tea in the room, even though there was a kettle. The breakfast was ok but not a great variety, on the first day there were little cakes and blueberries but these were not available on other days, and some of the fruit provided was past its best. The device for cooking eggs wasn’t very user friendly and didn’t work well when we tried it.

Staff were so helpful at check in. Location is superb: the tram is just 100 steps away, buses a little farther. The whole city is available via the system and staff helped me figure out some key spots I wanted to go to. I loved the "localness" of Calvy: at night locals come into the restaurant and everything feels friendly and warm. The perch fillets were excellent as well. The bed and pillow were nice and firm. Room was big. Window opened.

Yes, elevator is a must if you stayed in 5th floor. Place is very near to metro, a 2-3mins walk and 15mins walk to Lake Geneva. Reception & breakfast ladies we're so accomodating, thank you!

For a 5 people with 3 beds, there is only 2 plug-ins and it's just beside in 1 bed. I hope you can install also beside all 2 beds.

The hotel is well located, the room is spacious and was clean (5p room), the staff is helpful and accomodating. We were given a city card and a map, and could go around with trams, busses and little boats. A very basic breakfast was included (bread, butter and nice croissants).

The 5p room is a bit too hot, works for me but didn't work for my partner, but it has ceiling fan and also a couple of portable ones. The room is outdated, in need of some basic renovation and small deco care.

The room was warm and comfortable, and complimentary breakfast was very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location gave us a great base to explore the city around us, with plenty of attractions and stores within easy walking distance.

Family room was perfect for our family of 5, rare to find a room for all of us together. Beds were very comfy. Pepper steak dinner in the restaurant was delicious. Female employee who checked us in and served us dinner was lovely and very helpful and patient with us. As were the two male employees in the restaurant that night.

This is a 3 star hotel and is such it is basic. The rooms are small but …. very clean , the beds are very comfortable and it’s nice and cosy warm. Previous reviews have said it smelled of smoke but that is certainly not the case now. The staff are very helpful and the little restaurant on the side did an amazing steak with a mushroom sauce. The breakfast is limited but plenty , yogurt, boiled eggs , cheese , ham , cereal , bread and croissants. The location is also very good . In a city where the prices are so high for accommodation, I would throughly recommend this hotel as a budget alternative.

Nice staff, rooms were clean, quiet neighborhood, not to far away from things.

The breakfast was a little disappointing to be honest, the rooms had air-conditioned but was still a little to hot, and noisy.

Good location, walkable to the city. Staff are very nice and helpful. Good facilities. Spacious and suitable for family.

We enjoyed the helpful staff, who couldn't do enough to help. The room for 3 of us was large and bright and very clean. It had everything we needed for the 3 days we were in Geneva & it is in a great location.

Breakfast was very basic. Everything else was as expected.
