The staff were not the most jolly but they did do their job. Room key didn’t synch properly and found that my door didn’t lock…if I hadn’t checked it would have stayed unlocked- a security issue that he fixed but seems like something that happens often. A bit noisy at night from the road but that’s part and parcel of staying in a city. The location wasn’t good for my need of travel! It is in quite a depressing corporate area far walking to nice picturesque places. I don’t rate Geneva much but if you want to see the beautiful bits I wouldn’t recommend this. If you are going on business this is the perfect place for you.

Hotel Review: Fantastic Location and Excellent Service Our recent stay at the hotel in Geneva was a memorable experience. The location is simply unbeatable, placing us right in the heart of the city with easy access to key attractions, dining, and transportation. One of the standout features was the shower – it was always hot with excellent water pressure, which made for a refreshing start to our days. The rooms were clean and comfortable, contributing to a pleasant stay overall. We did encounter a few issues during our stay, but they were promptly and efficiently resolved by Adam, who truly went above and beyond to accommodate us. His dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction was impressive and greatly appreciated. Thanks to Adam’s exceptional service, we would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Geneva!

Bathroom wasn’t very clean but the floor and bed sheets were fine. Also, there was no coffee or tea maker - a kettle would be great! They sometimes forgot to top up the coffee pods, however, Adam was always helpful. Another staff member didn’t speak English very well and confused our request - we asked not to clean our room and not to replace any sheets or towels but we only wanted the housekeepers to top up our coffee pods and change the bins. But instead they changed the sheets and towels but didn’t top up the coffee and plastic spoons etc😅

My 4-bed studio room is equipped with kitchenette and array of useful cooking utensils, which is one of the main reasons I choose to stay here. The room is spacious. The hotel is also at close proximity to the train/tram stations and conveniently surrounded by a few groceries eg. Coop, Migros. Hotel room is well maintained and looks brand new.

The heater in the room doesn’t function well, feeling quite cool despite windows are closed tight. There was no washing liquid provided in the kitchenette. The cooking utensils eg. The pots and plates are not clean, there are some hard stains on the surface.

We had a very friendly reception at check in. Helpful staff and English speaking. The lift was a little bit of a squeeze with our pram but the quadruple room we booked with our children was spacious, modern and clean. The air-con was a sweet relief in the summer heat as was the fridge with bottled water ready available. It was a very handy location for seeing some of Geneva’s popular tourist attractions.

There were a few kinks- like masking tape on the shower and a strange shower head but other than that, happy with all. Beds very comfortable compared to others we experienced on our trip!

The room was spacious and nicely renovated. Extra props to the fact that it had air-condition inside the room as Geneva during summer can be really warm especially with the combination of the humidity. The area is great with many choices for coffee, lunch & dinner.

It could have been better the check-in process. The check is at 14:00 and we have requested if possible to do it between 13:00 - 14:00 and they told us that they will try to accommodate us. But the day of the arrival they told us that it wasn't possible to have the room ready before 15:00 due to late check-outs. Truth is that this is something that it was irritating that the check in happened even later of the official timing.

Staff are exceptionally kind and supportive. They are reachable and happy to provide any assistance around the clock. Another great aspect of the hotel is its pet-friendly policy. They provide all the necessary utensils and even litter boxes for cats, which was a huge relief for me as a pet owner. It's heartwarming to see a hotel that welcomes furry friends with open arms.Moreover, the hotel's location next to the Eaux-Vive commercial center and numerous cafes and restaurants is simply fantastic. It offers convenience and a variety of options right at your doorstep.Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for both professional and personal trips. With its wonderful staff, pet-friendly environment, and excellent location.

Excellent location: staff very courteous. Bed comfortable. Place is clean. Staff were helpful and provided space in luggage room. Messages before the stay were polite and helpful also

Hairdryer broken- asked for new one and was loaned one for a deposit… but the cord on it was only about 20cm. It was difficult to use. We didn’t have breakfast but it just looked ok… nothing out of the ordinary.

Hotel is really clean. Lovely rooms. And a good size too. Aircon which is a big plus as the other hotel that the family stayed at does not have. Was perfect for our needs and were accommodating in request for rooms to be together ❤️ . Checking in was lovely as we came early and was really pleasantly surprised that the rooms were ready for us. The location was perfect too! Really close to the jet and perfect for us too. I would highly recommend Pax . Its a perfect week and weekend stay. Clean staff really lovely too. Would come back.

We liked everything! Even the coffee machine in the room!

Great proximity to the lake and the Eaux Vives. Spacious room for the price. We had a twin. Great cleaning services, as I had a dog who would bring in dust sometimes. They cleaned the parket with a mop everytime. Great flexiblity for changing room and extebding stay to corespond to my needs.

There is lack of natural light in all rooms, which matter for me for a log stay. Not a problem for short stays.

The location was slightly out of the main tourist areas but it was well connected & close to the city. The ratio of price/quality made this hotel very attractive as well as its modern rooms.

The rooms could use a more thorough cleaning. The bathroom & room were clean however the drapes were very stained & some towels were stained & might do with replacing.
