This hotel is a hidden gem - such amazing valee for money and the staff are incredibly helpful. The super nice guy who works on the front desk was an absolute legend and made sure that I did not overpay for any of the hotel services - and as a traveler on a budget this was incredibly good. If you are on a diplomate mission in Geneva, I strongly recommend this hotel, I just hope you don't stay there so I can still get a room at bargain prices! 10 stars, everything was amazing, the minibar was well stocked and varied, the towels were immaculately clean and the staff were super friendly. I could not ask for anything more!!! Will definitely stay again :)

I recommend the hotel. I like it, the location is very much practical and nice, walking distance to all beautiful sightseeing. Staff were very nice , friendly and very much welcoming. The bed, the pillows were very much comfy.

No coffee machine, no electric kettle, and not even a bottle of water! For a 4-star hotel, at the very least, they should provide two bottles of water!

The hotel is charming and there's always staff around to help. It's great value for money. Yes it's vintage looking, but everything works, and the stay it's priced lower than the new shinier places. Having newer furniture wouldn't have changed our experience for the better, plus it's good for the planet!

No kettle + tea&coffee in the room was a bummer. They did allow us to have coffee downstairs in the morning without paying for breakfast, but I had to ask them for it, it would have been nicer if they offered that by default. Plus I would have preferred not to have to go downstairs and talk to reception before my first cup of coffee.

I loved absolutely everything about the hotel , not one bad remark, je n'ai rien de mal à dire. Also the service at reception was unbelievable ! At reception I was warmly greeted , the chick at the reception was very helpful and informative… And she was outrageously beautiful too !!

The bathroom was very small and could have been designed for easier use. But as a single person, it was acceptable.

The welcome when I got to the hotel with my mother was so nice, and really set the tone for the entire stay. The cleaning staff and everyone you bumped into were all super friendly and helpful. The room was great and comfortable. Will return soon.

Nothing at all really. All was great. I just haven't received confirmation of my Chf 300 deposit being returned yet though. I'm sure it will come soon as well.

Good hotel, with nice breakfast buffet. Old style decorations, but the hotel is a little bit outdated. They will give you a free local transportation ticket, for tram and bus.

Good old days hotel, the elevator is so small and the rooms have outated facilities.

A beautiful and elegant hotel in an excellent location. Recently renovated, everything looks bright and new. Pristine clean rooms and amazing decorations. Hotel staff is amazing - attentive, customer-oriented and make you feel welcome! Highly recommended. Would definitely come back very soon!

Room sizes are small, but it keeps you out in beautiful Geneva!

The receptionist was extremely nice and helpful. Our stay also came with free pass for all public transport in Geneva for the duration of the stay which we didn't expect. The rooms are older but clean and comfortable. Location is excellent, very good value for this price.
